The food was so good. It was honestly the best food we had in NJ, better than anything on the boardwalk. I highly recommend if you love a good sports bar

The wings here had a great taste and wonderful flavor, but were definitely over-cooked in the fryer. The bleu cheese was also very tasty. It tasted homemade – even if it wasn’t. The bar was busy with the late night crowd, but the server and bartender provided good and speedy service throughout our visit. It’s nice to see a busy place running so efficiently with minimal staff. I will certainly give the wings another try on my next visit. Thank you!

Sports bar. Menu is what you would expect although sauces were a bit odd, like beer cheese on the nachos. All the fried stuff we got was over fried. I thought prices were a bit high for what we got, like potato skins came with three pieces for $10 or $12(can’t remember exactly) and add on bacon was $2. It is AC though. Service was ok, not great. Ordered plain chicken fingers to go, didn’t realize they were buffalo until we got home. Our son that likes buffalo style said they were good but the one who wanted plain was disappointed. Lots of TV’s tuned into various games which was really nice and the main reason we’ve been there a few times. pictures are nachos and onion rings.

Unfortunately the owner refuses to refund me a duplicate charge on my card. I made 3 separate transactions here Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately the last charge which I did on the toast machine they gave me somehow went through twice. Instead of calling me back when I called 4x in the following two weeks and being told the owner would call me back I called a 5th time, I got the owner who told me he didn’t know how to use the toast receipt lookup and could only see the two physical bar receipts the servers gave him. He said his wife was better and would call me. No call came. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my CC company. Avoid!!! Clearly like to scam those on vacation!!!

My first time at Ducktown Tavern was yesterday afternoon. We shared hot honey wings, potato skins, quesadillas, golden corn nuggets, jalapeño poppers and a salad with salmon that was a daily special. Everything we ordered was so good along with great service. We also had a few Malibu Bay Breeze beverages. The drinks were double the size of most places. I think our waitress/bartenders name was Kathy. She was so attentive and she really made us feel welcomed. I’m sorry we didn’t find this place years ago. We will definitely be back in June.

Very dive bar feeling. As other reviews mentioned, not many covid practices followed. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed. It seems like a fun atmosphere. They don’t seem to have clear signs and we had to find our own table. The have a selection of a few craft beers and the typical normal ones on draft. Food was average for me and felt like an afterthought to add to the bar. The nachos looked thrown together. My Philly steak pizza was hard. The only reason why I’m giving this four stars is because my boyfriend described this place as his top 3 dining experiences in AC for the wings. He said the wings were the best he’s ever eaten in his life. I’m not a wings gal, but he would recommend coming here for the wings.

The wings are perfect! Corn nuggets are scrumptious. Plenty of your choices. Prices are fair. If crowded one draw back is only one toilet per bathroom. Women’s room can create a line/wait.

After hearing great reviews, we tried Ducktown Tavern Thursday evening after getting into AC. We are big fans of wings and these were some of the best we have ever had. I got the wing bites and they were delicious. I usually do not get bites because they are usually all breading and not much meat. These were perfect because they barely had any breading and were huge. My husband got the bone-in wings, Andy Style, and there were cooked and sauced perfect. We don’t get to AC much, but when we do, we will definitely go back.

We stopped in here on a Saturday night in February after a concert. There were 8 of us, and we were only able to find a 4 top, right by the front door. We pulled up 2 unused seats, and 2 people were left standing. It was a full house, and people continued to come in. We waited for about 20 minutes while looking at the menu online. We just wanted some appetizers and drinks. No staff acknowledged us in that time, so we ended up just leaving, as it was already about 12:30am. Better luck next time, if there is one.
