We brought our group of Mini Coopers here and had about 14 people and they were most hospitable! The food was fantastic service was great! I got the cheese steak egg roll and it was amazing! Very creative menu options unique for barbecue for sure, this guy should be on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives for certain!

Best brisket in the Triad. Hands down. And we were a little worried at first. Intitial service was slow and the hand brewed tea was extra strong. (a real cultural favorite, not mine) But while we were waiting, we noticed how utterly, surgically clean this restaurant was. It is so clean and newly renovated that it makes the few older ceiling tiles left stand out. We ordered two of the two meat platters, and when they arrived we were blown away. I have wandered around desperate for brisket that is not beef jerky for the last 3 years. The brisket was gently seasoned with the fat side left on. Like you are supposed to. Smoked slow and low, with the fat cap LEFT ON THE BRISKET. Then the same surgeon who is running this place took the scalpel and sliced it paper thin, running in juices, tender as a lamb. I almost cried. Chopped pork was perfect. Smoked bologna was a brand new and spectacular treat for me. I would cram that into a Texas toast sandwich any day. Coleslaw was absolutely crisp, creamy and ice cold. Not warm, candied, and wet. Bbq beans were almost gourmet in their sweet/savory balance. The silky mouth mouth feel was a dream. Portions were enormous and well priced. Could not eat it all or even get to dessert, though I will next time. Eat your heart out Eden, you lucky suckers. We had to travel for this.

Do not hesitate to come here. Everything I have had here has been amazing. The brisket and macaroni are my favorite. I love all the sauces I had, but the sweet bbq and quack crack stood out to me the most. I can’t say enough good this about this place!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My husband and I visited here for the first time today. Our server was attentive, and the food came out quickly. Their BBQ sauce is made in-house and is delicious. We will definitely be back!

I love Ducktape’s and now they’re serving breakfast too! My favorite meal is the brisket, but I have eaten many different things and everything is good. $1 from your cobbler dessert goes to veterans. Support this delicious local restaurant. You won’t regret it!

Blown away by the food here! Friendly staff as you walk into this clean and simple restaurant style dining area. Plenty of seating for families here. Place seemed like a well oiled machine with well educated staff on their menu items. I got the deep fried cheesesteak wonton and I expected you know small appetizers for little over $6. Boy was I wrong, these rolls were what felt to be a half pound each filled with smoked brisket, peppers, onions and cheese. Then I got the brisket platter with super flavorful smoked brisket (sauce was fire), onion rings which were a home run with flavor and crisp. Got the potato salad and a piece of toast came with it. Lastly i got a pulled pork sandwich, no sauce which i thought was a mistake at first EHHH WRONG the FLAVOR and meaty juice flowing from that sandwich were off the charts delicious. So far the best BBQ joint I’ve found in NC yet. These guys do BBQ right!

Food was great, especially the brisket burnt ends I requested ! Portions were way more than I could eat, so I took the leftovers home to my husband to enjoy. Owners treat you like family and you can tell it’s a family run business. I was pleasantly surprised to see it quite busy for 3pm! The wall decorated by Veteran signatures and the years they served our country was a pretty special touch. Don’t forget to try the special sauce (quack-something?)! It’s sooooo good! Wishing them all the success in the world!

This was our first time trying their breakfast. We did takeout. I ordered a dish called the Grandfajah’s big breakfast. You get 2 eggs, 2 breakfast meats, grits or home fries, biscuit, sausage gravy and one pancake and my husband got the brisket breakfast bowl. All the food was wonderful, friendly staff, clean and inviting place. They packaged everything in a way that certain parts of the food wouldn’t get soggy even using multiple containers. Highly recommend.

I haven’t tried the food yet, but I stopped in tonight to pick up a few door dash orders. I was warmly welcomed and felt right at home, but what really got my attention is they have a Military/ Veterans wall that you can write your service information on or that of a loved one. I was over come with goosebumps and knew right away I’d be back to try the wonderful smelling food very soon. The atmosphere is very friendly and family oriented. The restaurant is super clean too. They donate a $1 from each peach cobbler slice to a Veterans Charity and do charity work as well for Veterans and Service men and women. I want to thank you all for making me feel

The staff was wonderful, really down to earth and welcoming – not to mention, the food did not disappoint. We had the brisket which was wonderful and the sauces were a good mix, they make them themselves. The macaroni and cheese was so thick and delicious! The portions were great for the kids also. It was very cute they also got a rubber duck each. Definitely try here for some local fare!
