Long hot dog w works was tasty, but short on bacon. Interior looks old, needs updating. Ate here as a teen when it was a stand, great memories!

Im from out of town and they dont have a Duchess near my home, so this was my first visit ever and I give it a thumbs up! They have a fast food look with an interesting menu, from breakfast plates to burgers to spaghetti. They even have lobster rolls and fried oreos. I ordered an omelette with home fries and toast ($6.50) and had to try a lobster roll ($7). The lobster roll bun looks a touch burnt in my pic but I dont remember it tasting burnt at all, and I hate that taste so I would remember. Both were pretty decent for the price. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re sick of Burger King and them. I’ll definitely go back.

I wish I can give this place 0 starts… I ordered it from the app mind you its not even that busy I wanted to know the status of my order so I asked one of the girls and the girl just ignored me… I asked another employee the other girl comes back to me with and attitude screaming I didn’t ignored you she claims that she said “one second” but she never did if you want to your day get ruined or get bad service this place is for you if you want duchess go to the one in black rock the employees are waaay nicer there I will not come back here again

The service was a bit slow, but the quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant makes up for it. By far one of the better fast food restaurants to visit, even if it’s not exactly the fastest. I’d rather good food and clean booths over fast service with incorrect orders and sticky tables any day.

Fast food but with a much wider variety than most other places. Be careful though, descriptions of many items are incomplete. Food is better than average (chili is thin but has a kick, egg salad is is fresh and tasty, onion rings are addictive). If you order food w/o something on it (l and t, ice in drinks, etc.), make sure they got it right. Food is better than service. We ordered our cokes w/o ice and it took her 3 shots to get it right!!

We chose it because the menue seemed to have several options for each of us, the food was fast. This is where the good ends. We ordered from automatic kiosk, and when we were called to pick up our order we were tolled they didn’t have onr of the deserts we ordered and we took a replacement. I take everything to the table and then notice we didn’t get drinks. I go to ask for the drinks and am told the shake machine is broken, and get cheaper replacement drinks. The food itaelf was not great, my son barely touched his hotdog.

I had never heard of this restaurant chain until a local from the area recommended it. I was told it was similar to a McDonald’s or Burger King, and for fast food, it was really good. So I decided to give it a try, and it was very good and reasonably priced. But I thought it was a step from the establishments above. I got a burger and fries combination with a whoopie pie on the side. I would recommend it.

A regional favorite for a quick bite the staff and service are pleasant. The hot dogs are a treat,. From just plain ketchup or with, “The Works”, you CAN’T go wrong. Also, the bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches are my favorite anytime food. I love Duchesses and it’s something everyone should try!
