First time trying dinner here last night at the Driftwood in Palm Harbor. Food was excellent, service on key and atmosphere laid back with awesome contemporary music which I must say was not overpowering during our conversation we could hear ourselves. Rating this place an A+ we also spent time chatting with the manager, super nice guy. Prices are above average BUT considering the quality & exceptional taste Soooo worth it. Also, every month they feature paintings that can be purchased by local artists, so amazing!! Give them a try, they only opened 7mon ago, enjoy ☺️!

Excellent all around. The food is fantastic. Everything was prepared perfectly. We had ribeye, scallops, and sea bass and highly recommend all of these dishes. The white sangria is some of the best we’ve tried. The service was exceptional. McKenzie took great care of us. It is nicely decorated with a pretty beach decor. This will be on our favorites list!!!

We had dinner tonight and Ethan was on point. They’ve got a nice selection of beer and wine although they’re waiting on their liquor order to come in. They’re definitely ironing out the service and kitchen nicely! It definitely seems like they’re getting the right staff in the right positions.

We had dinner at Driftwood for Valentine’s Day and everything was delicious. We started out with the oysters which were a great size and very tasty, then we had the ceasar salad which was very refreshing and a great portion size. Our shared main course was the 40 oz Tomahawk steak which was absolutely mouthwatering and cooked perfectly to the temperature we asked for. We finished with the key lime pie which did not disappoint. We sat at the bar and were served quickly and enjoyed the complimentary wine they chose to pair with our meal, it was a full bodied 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon from Browne Vineyard we had never tried before and would definitely recommend. Even though it was one of the first nights the restaurant was open, it seemed to run very smoothly, we are looking forward to trying other items on their menu. Good Job Driftwood!

The food and desert was amazing! I’ve never had anything taste this good for its price. And the portions were just right too! The bartender was really nice and did an amazing job! I believe his name was Ethan.

Stopped here Saturday 3/25….we went upstairs, bartender came over to take our order, he seemed very stressed out, even though there were only about 10 ppl up there. We asked about ordering food & he said there was only ‘cold appetizers’ served up there. He rattled them off but offered no menu. We ordered Coronas & when he brought them they were warm & $7 a piece! Yikes! Needless to say we drank our warm beer & left.

This place is absolutely incredible. Brand new everything, squeaky clean. Service was quick and polite. We started with the fried Calamari which was just your typical calamari, nothing special. I got the chicken Milanese and oh my goodness, it was phenomenal. My husband got the Cajun filet mignon Alfredo which was very tasty as well, filet was cooked to perfection. Personally though, being a chef, I thought that dish would have been much better as chicken than filet though it was good. Will go back asap. I believe they should add a few more items to their menu but they’re still very new so it’s understandable for sure.

First time visiting Driftwood. The atmosphere was excellent. It is a very large restaurant and there was no wait to get in which was around 8pm. Our apetizer Oyster Casino were delicious. The Grilled Octopus and Calimari both were not available this evening. I had the Cajun Filet Tips with Alfredo it was good but I was hard pressed to taste the Cajun seasoning. My wife had the the Chicken Carbonara while not traditional it was also a good meal. My Smoked Old Fashioned was perfect and my wife’s Chocolate Martini was as well. Our server was attentive and prompt. We will definitely visit again.
