I have been going here for years. The food is normally great. This time we had eggshells in our fried rice. We called the restaurant and the lady did not seem to care that we were unhappy with our rice. She did not offer us a refund or offer to replace the rice. All she said was I’ll let the manager know.

The food flavor was good, our server was very attentive, but the food was delayed, they brought the chow mein first then 10 minutes later the rice it was like that with the rest of the dishes , also the plates were half empty, not coming back sorry.

Gave me mixed veggies without mushrooms as I requested. A little oily, but the veggies were fresh, and all was better than I expected, given some of the other reviews. Then we realized we were possibly going to miss our SFO flight. So all it took was a few words and gestures, small smiles all around, the server brought me boxes to pack, and the cashier got me out the door. They clearly do more takeout business than done in so that explains the so-so atmosphere, but the room and tables appeared clean and there were plenty of seasonal holiday decorations.
