Every time I order from this place it seems to be one issue or another. Either the delivery takes forever or the meat seems a little strange. Not sure if it’s MSG or what because I don’t feel good after eating.

Prob some of the worst Chinese food I ever ate. The dishes were beyond salty and the soup tasted like a white pepper shaker fell open into the wonton soup. Also, the wontons were doughy and undercooked. I do not write reviews often, but this I felt was necessary. I am sorry to say do I not recommend and hoping I don’t get sick from eating this meal.

If I could give them no stars I would. I come here all the time for boba. Customer service has become terrible. I asked for light ice and I was told for more drink I have to pay $1. The man did not give me a full drink. Never should they be charging people for light ice and only giving them half of a cup because they don’t want to pay a $1 for more drink.

Slipping a little. Please make sure to serve the foods (hot). The people are nice, but I wouldn’t say they exactly go out of their way. I suppose that if a big group / or someone that seemed like they are going to spend a lot of money, they would be very attentive to them – sadly like too many restaurants today.

Worst customer service!!!! I was there on Friday around 3:30 and the guy working there was the rudest! Not welcoming at all it was my first and last time coming here, Heavy and uncomfortable atmosphere! Plus they can’t get an order right.

If you are looking for good Chinese food and average service, KEEP LOOKING! Today was my second time in a row doing takeout where I noticed the order was incorrect once home. I understand and accept that can happen with any restaurant. This time I called and made the restaurant aware of their error and I only wanted them to make it right next time. The issue was I ordered extra egg and bean sprouts with my order and got neither. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jay who took my order and made him aware of the error. He indicated that the only way they could make it right was for me to drive 15 minutes (in rush hour traffic) to return my order. My request was to make a note on my receipt that I called and spoke with Jay and the next I placed the same order to receive the extras that I ordered and paid for complimentary. I assumed responsibility for not checking my order prior to leaving and that wasn’t good enough. Any business that won’t stand by their product and service I encourage you, not to do business with them because I certainly don’t!
