You have been warned. While biting into a piece of breaded chicken I was trying to figure out why the chicken felt stringy. Well there it was, a breaded piece of plastic wrap. Took it to show the owner, who refused to do anything because she was to busy. Just a warning. Who else knows what’s in the “chicken”

When I ordered over the phone I felt like I was being rushed off the phone so the person can answer the other calls. I ordered 3 large House Fried Rice minus the pork and was informed that beef was an up charge, so I agreed.

stopped and picked up a general tso combination dinner. got home and was really dissapointed. EVERY single piece was breaded chicken skin! Every piece! If I wanted chicarrones, I would have eaten Mexican. Absolutely ridiculous. they need to change the name to General’s skin. 17 bucks for a small dinner and wonton soup. Just disgusting. this is my last time stopping there.

I used to love this place. Recently, I’ve noticed it went downhill. Rice was way over cooked. Beef and broccoli sauce had no flavor or saltiness. The egg roll tasted like they heated it up from the night before. The outside was burnt and the inside was really soggy like it was old. I will never order from here again. Very disappointed.

Cannot find decent Chinese in SC. That being said this place is ok but I ordered the General Tao chicken and it was so dry. The only thing I can think of is that it’s made ahead of time and then reheated for the order. I was kinda shocked when my order came up in less than 8 mins. and other people before me hadn’t gotten their order.

I have been to Dragon Pan many times, since it is close to where my parents live. We have tried many different takeout Chinese food places around the area, and this has been my favorite one so far. The sauces are rich in flavor, and their dumplings are amazing. The Chicken and Broccoli is my go-to. The chicken and broccoli are generously coated in sauce. The boneless spare ribs were also really good. Not pictured, but I have had their lo mein, wonton soup, and egg rolls, which are all really delicious as well. I will say that I’m not the only one who really appreciates the food here. They get really busy around dinner time, and it might be hard to call in an order because the lines are so busy around that time. The wait time is also pretty long, but I think that it is worth the wait.

Yesterday we ordered wonton soup and it had no flavor. i called Dragon Pan and told them that there soup broth had no taste. She offered me to return it i declined rather throw it away then to drive 5 miles to return it. You Chinese food is terrible. This is not my first time ordering from you. i will not be returning. And do not recommend this place. I don’t know what happened because they used to be the BEST in the area!!!!

Based on the reviews I decided to try this place. I called and after several attempts the line was free and a young lady took my call. The young lady was very polite and provided excellent service taking my order over the phone. I was shocked when she said it would be 1hour and 30mins before the order would be ready but I decided to go ahead with order. The food was not worth the wait. I hate to say this, but we could only manage to eat the ribs and fried rice and everything else went in the trash. It was not worth the wait.

I visited Dragon Pan this evening…..I ordered my food and paid via my debit card…..25 minute wait so I went to Lowe’s for a few things. I went back it wasn’t ready so I waited inside. When it was ready I took my food and went outside to eat it. I went back inside to get a napkin and the women says something about did I pay….I said yes when I ordered a half hour ago….I wasn’t given a receipt. I went back out to my waiting food and she proceeded to come out and ask me to check my bank account to see if it went through. I did as my food is sitting there….they did charge me but it was like 9.86 or something then she proceeds to say that is the wrong amount???? Ok, you charged me a different amount than what I should have been, about a $2 difference and somehow still proceeded to act as if I didn’t pay. I gave her $20 cash and left and explained that I wouldn’t be back. I am a local resident not a tourist. I came to enjoy a quiet meal after running around all day with my teenagers, I’m not sure how it turned into all of this but it has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth!!! And I certainly didn’t get to enjoy my food!!! I couldn’t even eat afterwards. Thanks, Dragon Pan
