They don’t try they just throw together the chicken and sauces. Very bland. The rice is semi dry. I have been to many Chinese Restaurants and given many wonderful reviews but this restaurant makes in the list as one of the worst I have experienced. I paid over $50 for 3 people including tip and this is actually quite insulting to me to make this and then expect me to be ok with it. Highly disappointing. The only good food item was crab puffs. The staff were nice but there was absolutely no effort placed in making the food. 2 star review.

9-14-22 Nice roadside food truck. The lady taking orders was very friendly. The food was cooked to order so it’s definitely fresh and hot. I got Mongolian beef and a Hong Kong milk tea, my wife got beef rice noodles. Both were very tasty, we definitely enjoyed our meals. The food truck has a canopy pulled out over the ordering area and a couple of picnic tables available to sit at to eat your meal, if you choose to. Definitely enjoyed eating here & recommend this place to others.

What a great food truck! We ate here for the first time recently. We ordered the lunch special, two spring rolls, and a thai iced tea. *chef kiss* Perfection. The meal was generous and filling. We will definitely be back! If you’ve been considering, do it!

The Szechwan wasnt as spicy as I hoped, and the portions could have been a bit better for the price. Expect to pay $11-$15 per person.

First time there, delicious tender juicy cooked to perfection mar far chicken. I’ll be back for sure! Pink sauce on point and tasty as well I highly recommend this place it’s worth the drive to Gold Hill
