Stayed at the River Terrance that the restaurant is attached to, went here because it was closest thing. Glade I went in, Thursday I had an aloha burger and random drinks, even with the bartender multitasking multiple tables she was always checking to make sure everything was good. Food and drinks were great, bartender recommended their River Run which I came back Friday and got more (bartender was also cute). Friday was a different bartender but also really good, also commend her on professionalism with rather energetic guests. Wings were great, but the southwestern salad was ok just expected more for the price.

The food was delicious Ordered the strawberry milkshake, tatchos, and “Blue Moo”, which is a blue cheese burger. Atmosphere was casual and service was friendly. Was away from the business of downtown, so that was nice to relax.

We got a chicken sandwich and burger with fries. The burger was good , the chicken was great, I just didn’t care for the toast it was on, next time I’m going to ask for bread or a bun!! The fries were good too, they can in a cute little fryer basket!! You can also get Adult milk shakes, they come with alcohol.

The service was great and so was the food. One of the best options on the menu is the triple double grilled four cheese burger. It feels like a steal getting this much food for $14. Being seated by the water makes for a very relaxing visit as well.

Expensive. No way the price justifies the size of the meal. Husband’s bun didn’t hold up and fell apart. Quite disappointed overall but the fries were delicious and the garlic and onion and the black and blue moo burgers did have good flavor but not worth going back for. The women’s bathroom was not clean with the soap dispenser empty but two of the refill bottles laying on the counter for you to pick up and use.

The server was very nice. She did a good job. The food was good. The fries were well done and unique. The burgers were ok, but preformed…still, not bad. The price, while a little high for what we had, was still more reasonable than some of the tourist traps in the area. It’s one of those places that’s a few improvements away from being pretty special. The bun and topping were really good; it would have been outstanding if they had cooked a burger to order, freshly formed.

OMG, I’ve found the best hamburger in Gatlinburg. The fries were fantastic. Service was superb. You couldn’t ask for anything better. I’m always on the lookout for a great hamburger. You have to try Drafts burger if you’re in Gatlinburg.
