Come on guys… really. This what you call a French dip? Just meat and bread? Where’s the lettuce, where’s the onions? You put things on other specials but not this? I spend a lot of money at this place I expect way better. Pizza under cooked, small portions of meat when you charge $15 for the meal, hamburgers burnt… you are not meeting expectations at all. Good service and atmosphere, bad food and portions. DO BETTER!

The food is great; however, it is frustrating that they say they are open till 2 pm, but they stop serving food around 1 pm. Wish they would serve food until 2 pm – 1 o’clock is too early to close for a lunch spot.

Not the usual good service and good food that I usually get at the Downtown Kitchen. Today a few colleagues and I were in a hurry and thought the Downtown Kitchen would be the best place to get a fash lunch. We arrived before the lunch rush (11:35) and submitted our orders right away. We waited over ten minutes to get burgers and all our orders were incorrect. We all paid for items (onions, cheese, pretzel bun) that we did not get and my pretzel bun (which I paid extra for) was burned. Very disappointed.

Downtown Kitchen is decent, but for the vast amount of foods they offer, there definitely should be more vegan/vegetarian options that isn’t just salad. Otherwise, everyone who works there is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable for it’s location.
