Downtown deli is Amazing, they helped us out with our rehearsal dinner, we needed a place to gather and the owner was kind enough to close the shop and let us all get together there. His aunt made some amazing sweets. And the sauce he cooked the sausage & meatballs in was delicious. Any catering needs make sure you reach out to downtown deli.

Stopped by for lunch today, shop wasn’t busy at all. Took the gentleman over half an hour to make a single 1.5 sandwiches, burnt my whole lunch waiting only for the turkey to be gray like paint. Used to work in a deli and this just looked like old meat, for the price wouldn’t likely spend another 30$ on gelatinous old turkey.

Wish I could give zero stars. Never had a more soul sucking experience like that before. Sub was just ok, not $8 worth. Had about 3 pieces of lettuce. Staff seems too young to interact with customers. Was like pulling teeth ordering a sub.

Literally one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Me and my fiancée walked in 5 minutes before close not realizing what time it was. They let us in, where very patient with us despite not knowing the menu, and even told us we were fine to sit for a half hour to eat even though they were closed by the time we paid and sat down. The staff there are really friendly and laid back, and talked to us while we ate. And that’s not even mentioning the food! I tried their Hamburger soup, chicken caesar salad, and the Tammy’s wrapper. The hamburger soup and the chicken caesar salad were literally the best I’ve ever had. My fiancée got the Will’s home at last, and we were amazed at how great their bread tastes. The quality definitely justifies the price, I have eaten many places and rarely am I ever this blown away by a restaurant. We’ll most definitely be back!

I’ve been out of state for a few months and really missed eating here because it was absolutely amazing. I’m not sure what happened but the food is different now. Mainly the roast beef. It used to be so good. Now it’s brown and very dry.

Excellent customer service ! Great food and reasonably priced. Perfect pit stop for a lunch if passing through. Highly recommend.

When I walked in I thought it was awkward that they didn’t have prices on their sandwiches. Then it all made sense when I went to pay. Very expensive save yourself some money and go to wegmans and get a real sub that cost less and has much better quality and more quantity for your money. Total rip-off!!!!

Never been here before and called to place a order to try it out, didn’t warn me that they don’t take card. got there to pay and pickup and was told oh there’s a ATM over there. yeah, I’m not paying a ATM fee because you guys cant get in this century. Cash only not stated anywhere on their site or when i called to order. Really unprofessional.
Nah Huh
Was not properly charged for order placed over the phone. Was not charged correctly for second half of turkey sub diane. Turkey sub was lackluster in flavor. Did not appreciate that their deli meats are cut almost see through thin which I’m certain is intentional to make it seem as though the sub is piled on with lots of meat and instead of a dense mouth feel you get an airy, unflattering and unfulfilling bite. For $17+ this sub at that price was unconscionable. Please do yourself a favor and seek out other proprietors.

There’s not a single price listed on their online menu, and their menu board in store also has no prices so you have no idea what you’re going to be paying. Future customers should be warned that subs are $20, more than Wegmans monster ones (which are the most expensive in the area) and are half the size.
