I was visiting my home town and was SO excited to get pizza for my family to bring back home. When I got there and saw pizzas with 2 inches of crust that were all I was crushed and embarrassed! For $40 these are the saddest pizzas I’ve ever seen. This is used to be my favorite pizza place

Terrible! We got a pepperoni and cheese pizza & Italian sandwich on February 18, 2023. The pizza was way overdone and all dried out, the Italian sandwich was soggy. When our daughter called to complain the man who answered the phone was rude and snappy, buyers beware! As for us, never again, Douglas House of Pizza is dead to me! ☠

You know i keep hoping Douglas house will go back to serving good food and i try them every six months or so . Today i ordered a pastrami with ham and provolone and got about 3 slices of meat . Wth it was a subroll with a hint of meat . Cmon serve a sandwich for christ sake . And stop with all the frozen or canned toppings on the pizza .

Extra garlic pizza is a family favorite with actual slices of garlic instead of that awful diced kind. And with two pizzas – you get a cheese free.

Started a job in Douglas and decided to give this place a try, I most get a small pizza 1/2 hamburger and 1/2 pepperoni. Dough is fresh every time sauce is very good, and always the perfect crisp

There card machine went down and instead of catching it on time they waiting 45 minutes to call. The manager or whoever it was, is incredibly rude. So since they didn’t catch it right away I can only assume they are writing down card numbers before charging them which is not okay. When I told them to cancel my order they got very rude and aggressive and then hung up on me. 0 stars if it let me.
