Dough Zone Dumpling House was established in Seattle in 2014. The motivation behind the creation of Dough Zone was a desire to bring traditional homemade Chinese comfort food into a modern setting. Dough Zone opened its first store in Bellevue, WA and since then, Dough Zone has expanded into a chain with seven stores throughout the greater Seattle area. And two of the branch stores in Northern California are now open in San Mateo & Cupertino. We specialize in authentic Chinese buns like Q-Bao (Pan Fried Buns), Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings), and a variety of distinct, regional Chinese noodles.

New and spacious sitting area. Clean and bright interior. Went in afternoon so the place is not crowded. Dumpling skin was on the thicker side, tastes good and not overly salty. Very reasonable price and good service. The green onion pancakes were my favorite.

I think this is a good place to eat. The food is good. The service is good. The prices are decent. Inside looks nice, modern, not comfy. Outside looks bad but for me, that doesn’t matter. Convenient parking in the back. Neighborhood not dangerous.

My friend used to bring siomai and buchi from this place. I love how they make their siomai and buchi. I was in Union City and texted my friend to give me direction of where she was buying the siomai and buchi, and she always brings at work. So, I was able to find this place, bought siomai and buchi, and shared it with my sister and her family….all gone in a split second. So, now, I think I will drive back to this place to buy more tomorrow. Price is just right.

Visited today for Christmas and the XLB were delicious. The dandan noodles were spicy and yummy. My kids don’t like spicy stuff so they didn’t like it but they loved the green onion pancakes.

Great, quick service. Dough of the dumplings and others were definitely special. The noodle with braised beef was quite excellent and flavorful. Perfect size and was just delectable. Dessert of the fried banana was also quite good. Would come back for a quick bite.

This place is just open. There are not that many customers now. You can get a table for a big group easily. The servers there are very friendly and attentive. The food quality is pretty decent, very authentic Chinese food.

I order crispy chicken dumplings they were yummy but they weren’t super crispy (they werte sweating inside the box stared getting soggy)and came with no sauce even tho I asked I also got the chicken soup dumplings. They had hardly any soup and the flavor wasn’t very good. No sauce for these either.
