Yes it’s sometimes crowded, but for all the right reasons! It’s delicious, and everybody wants it! I like the chicken livers, but the country fried steak is great too!

This place is “Totally Amazing”, been coming here since the 70’s and although lots have changed with the building and owners the food has never changed……NEVER had a bad experience here. I simply and sincerely love their cheeseburgers and fries and their hamburger steaks, staff is friendly and helpful. Just to add, I drive over 50 miles to get here, one way.

Was not even close to how I remember them years ago!!! Only thing that tasted okay was the hamburger. We got several different meals. And fries tasted and felt like they were made that morning whereas we got dinner for that evening around 4 or 5pm…. Very disappointed.

Best burger and catfish in town. I am a picky eater. I dont usually eat ground beef because of finding gristle, but their meat is really good. I love that it’s so brown and crispy. We like their catfish as well. Only thing I don’t like is their slaw and the noise! The slaw was warm and kinda bitter, but I’ve had worse. The noise can be a bit unnerving. The chairs scraping is loud and the person that clean the tables just throws plates in the tub and it’s loud. The room itself just amplifies noise. It annoys my husband so much he about won’t go. The noise can be pretty obnoxious. So if you are sensitive to noise..this is a noisy place. Otherwise get a burger, it’s great!
