So…. I did go during the day. Maybe that was the wrong time to experience this place. They have very expensive dishes that are only expensive because of what they are and where they’re located. Most of their clientele can afford it. But I spent $30 on a pile of Mac and cheese with shredded lobster mixed in that might as well have been tuna, the taste was drowned out by the salty cheese sauce, and it was served with a couple of plain pieces of garlic toast. I have no idea what this place was trying to be, didn’t quite have a theme.

We had some wings that were great. Also, we got shrimp and Grits good as well, but at those prices, I didn’t like eating with cheap plastic utensils. Waitress was nice but slow as ever. Waited 10 minutes for salad dressing. I think she could’ve been faster if she used put down her personal fan. I didn’t like the added 18% gratuities when service wasn’t deserving of that. I don’t like fixed gratuities because the service could suck and they still get rewarded.

Stopped in to check out their food and everything tasted great! Ordered a chef salad, Rasta pasta and turkey ribs. Also tried the Philly rolls for an appetizer and I can honestly say they were my favorite. I didn’t like the greens, they were mushy and slimy but the waiter was kind enough to remove them from the order. All and all I would definitely recommend them and eat here again!

The food is really good. The place appeared to be clean. They do give you plastic utensils to eat with. I didn’t mind that. Plenty of parking to choose from. My visit took place on a Sunday at noon. The weather was picture perfect. The establishment wasn’t busy at all. A few grievances when it comes time to pay. There was a credit card processing fee added to the check. I paid with Cash. There was gratuity already added in , I ended up tipping the young lady anyway. Sunday brunch cost more than it should have.

Drinks, apps and entrees. Interesting atmosphere. Got patted down by “security” prior to entering. Bartender advised us to sit where ever. After taking a seat, it took over 10+ minutes to receive menus and give a drink order. Slow service unfortunately but otherwise good food and tasty drinks.

I normally don’t leave reviews but you definitely deserve one! We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to eat lunch that was close to our hotel. Found the Double Take Bar & Grill and decided to give it a try. When we arrived we were seated right away and found out they had a limited menu due to it being a Sunday. I was disappointed and really did not have high expectations with the limited menu. We ordered some boneless wings and a few other appetizers as our side. Everything was amazing! The sauce (we did a honey BBQ I believe) and the chicken were the best I’ve had. The sides we had were just as good. Service was prompt and friendly. I would definitely eat here again if we come back to Columbus.

Wow is all I got to say! Food was amazing. Whatever they put on this salmon dish is incredible, not to mention the sauce that comes on the side. So good. I’d put it up against any 5 star seafood restaurants salmon dish, any day of the week. Food prices are more than fair, especially for the amount of food you get. The service was great, Ambience was awesome. Super chill with good music. First time playing R&B bingo and had a great time. Will definitely be back!

The #Wife and I took my Mother-in-Law out for casual #dinner last week to @doubletakebarandgrill . It was Wednesday a little after work, but they weren’t very busy at all. Since Momma doesn’t hear great we sat at a table away from the bar. Everyone else was at the bar. They have plenty of TV’s, I’d like to come back for a game. I had the #blackened #salmon #pasta. Gotta say, it was some of the best #alfredo I’ve had out! It was seasoning the way we make it at home. Needed nothing extra. The salmon was juicy and delicious. Our servers were nice, but not very attentive this night. Probably lost out on a couple more drink sales. A heads UP!! They automatically add a gratuity regardless of party size.
