Went in to get take out… so I had to wait to eat the deliciousness I smelled in my bag. It was fantastic!! I had the whiting fish and shrimp with sweet potato fries. Huge butterflied shrimp and nice size pieces of fish with a delicious thin batter!! I will be back for more!!!

Tried this place for the first time – really impressed! The owners are so friendly & just make you feel at home. The food was fresh and made to order, and the restaurant was immaculately clean. Also love the music & their menu selection, and that the prices were reasonable. The seasoning on their seafood is amazing – we usually eat our seafood with tartar sauce, this flavor was so good it didn’t even need any sauce. Also the shrimp was huge! We had to add a lot of salt to the fries – maybe if they made a seasoning mix like what they use in their breading & put that on the fries, it would elevate them? That’s just me being nitpicky though, everything was amazing and I definitely would love to go back again.

Finally got around to trying this place. Ordered the whiting and fries combo. Took about 10 minutes for food to come out as everything is cooked fresh. Fish was breaded nicely and tasted good, though I think I’d try the cod or catfish next time as the whiting is very thin. The crinkle cut fries came out hot but lacked salt which made them kinda boring. Service was friendly and restaurant looks immaculate. Will definitely give them another shot sometime.

Delicious food, clean place, friendly service. It’s become a frequent takeout choice in our rotation! Love the cod, it’s not oily and over-fried like some places – but light and fresh. One of the few takeout choices that both my kids will eat!

This place is definitely a hidden gem in Middletown. All the food was served hot and crispy. The co-owner was super nice, the 90’s-early 2000 R&B music playing in the background made that much more welcoming. Will definitely comeback to try that banana pudding!!!

I finally tried this place on Wednesday and it was so good. The breading was very crisp light flaky and well seasoned. I dined in and took one home. I told the owner that my daughter would be visiting before the week was out. It’s Saturday, she just called me, she’s on her way lol

This may be a new place, but the food will make you feel right at home! Went in for fish and chips, and they do it soul food style. The service is friendly. The food is made to order, so it takes about 10-15 minutes, but it is worth the weight. Good portions, great flavor profile, and staff are friendly. They also have wonderful slow jams and r&b. I was dancing to the beat while I waited.
