Very good Guac but the customer service leaves much to be desired. You don’t dare ask for a little more cheese! They have 1 nice guy and sadly the rest of staff are very rude. And the website hours need updating! Went at 8:15pm-they said close at 9…well they were already closed!

I ordered the Barbacoa beef and it was inedible. The meat is stringy and fatty, yet somehow tough and tasteless all at the same time. This restaurant used to be really good, but now it is just a disappointment.

Horrible experience at the Ooltewah location today! We placed a door dash order and purchased 2 chicken an rice bowls , mind you we didn’t have the option at checkout to select rice as a option bc it comes in the bowl. I called to let them know and they were very very rude! Worst 30$. If I could give them zero stars I would 🙂

My first time there and my daughter and I ordered veggie & spicy chicken bowls. The girl that waited on us wasn’t friendly and rushed us to make our bowls. Then no one there speaks great English. As we were checking out I asked about the chips that usually come with getting a bowl and they advised that was extra. Lesson learned. Bowl wasn’t good and service was BAD. WIL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION!!!!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I use to go here everyday almost, Chaz was the best thing to happen here. I went to dos bros two days ago and just got over my first case of food poisoning. Vomited over 10 times that night, unless you want to same I wouldn’t recommend. I’d give it zero if I could. Have a blessed rest of your day and stay safe out there!

I travel a lot. Use dosbros a lot, and as a disabled vet, this is the only 1 that won’t give the discount for vets and even laughed at me when I asked. Portions significantly smaller than other dosbro I live near this one and will be sure to avoid at all costs. Less vake and nasty attitude

The past two times I’ve been here have been awful. On both occasions, walked in at 7:30 (they close at 8). The people behind the counter were rude and acted as if they didn’t want to help. Food is out of the warmers and coolers and sitting on the counter behind them. They use their hands to get the food out instead of utensils. Never going back here again! The health department should take note of this!!!

I work at chipotle so thought I’d try this place and compare. First off the food was amazing, but not as spicy as chipotle. The chicken wasn’t as good and there was a bone in one of the pieces. The queso was better here and not spicy at all which is fine to me. They have a thing Monday’s where you can get an entree for $5.95, and I think chips and a drink are included in the meal which is definitely a plus. The music here is much more tolerable than at chipotle, I would actually call it music. My only complaint is the employees. They’re not very friendly and don’t look very presentable. I was sitting down eating and could here a couple of them getting a drink in the lobby and complaining about customers they had today. I could hear them clearly from across the restaurant! The tray they put our food on was also dirty and had food on it. They don’t seem to take customer service and cleanliness as serious as chipotle. But the food is excellent
