I have always liked this restaurant, I haven’t visited in a while, because for a while there has been a lingering bad smell that seems to be coming from the restrooms or the water. It’s hard to ignore. It kind or scares me because if the smell is coming from the water, then what am I drinking? The food tasted ok, but the rice was not good. Was clumpy and dry.

The service was very good. As soon as I walked in the door, they were welcoming. I got off work early and just wanted a cold beer. I got a dos Equis on draft and it was delicious as usual and cold as advertised. You can usually judge Mexican places by their salsa and this place have very good salsa. I also like the rice and beans, the beans were a little bit different than most Mexican places. For entree I got the Pollo loco which was good but the chicken was a little bit tough and didn’t have a ton of flavor

No wait, but food was just ok. Got a $6.99 special, 1 taco & 1 side of rice. Somehow with 2 soft drinks it ended up being over $25.00 with the tip. Price was ridiculous for the food we got! Then when questioned, was told 1 taco with a side of rice is a combo which is $8.99. Nut, not listed that way on the menu, which is very outdated with their pricing! A sticker on the menu saying pricing may have increased is one thing, charging $3 -$4 more is a little different to me. But that’s ok, there are other places to go!!!!

Pretty good experience here. We were the only ppl in there for about 15mins. The ladies were cordial and kept the refill on the salsa going. Food came fast. My food was hot and tasted pretty good. My wife did not have that experience. Her food wasn’t as described on the menu so that sucked. Our waitress asked if she wanted to add the corn that was missing but it was no need to just add corn.
