My mom ordered tonight since I was in town, one of the best pizza places around! Pizza came out great but the only issue was picking up the pizza. The lady was talking on her headset eating and being very rude to the customer in front of me. Hopefully a better visit next time!

Finally came back here after a about a year now due to moving back and the expectations weren’t what I thought. The pizza has gone down hill not even in a circle, but same flavor is good at least. Service seemed all jumbled like they weren’t knowing what they were doing. Not sure what’s happening. Please get it together! Hate seeing a great buisness looking this way.

Customer service is great. She was extremely informative ( I didn’t know all the different condiments for an Italian beef sandwich). She explained the point system. My family and myself have tried the sausage and mushroom pizza ( Wasn’t disappointed). We had the Baked mostaccioli with marinara sauce, meatballs and cheese ( delicious). We recommend the Italian beef/sausage combo with red sauce and peppers, also the Italian beef are delicious. Delivery was prompt and food has always been piping hot.

This place has good pizza .Its rare when there’s an issue but the black lady at the front desk should not ever interact with any customers. Her attitude was horrible and disrespectful. I walk in and no hello or welcome , just “what’s the name on the order? “ I told her that they didn’t ask for a name just a total and hung up. So I proceeded to give my number and just the area code I got in and rudely she cuts me off with the total. smh I asked “you having a bad day” “nope” she replies. I guess being disgusting rude is her personality. Almost wanted to not pay and let her eat it. Maybe one more meal will make her happy! Then again I already waited 40mins for ONE pizza.

I gave Doreen’s 4 stars because I ordered a pie yesterday to be ready for a 5:20 P.M. pickup. I arrived 10 min early so I would get it as soon as it came out of the oven. I was obviously cooked well before that time because the box was warmer than the pizza inside and it had very little sauce. I am usually very pleased with their pizzas and will continue to get my pizzas from Doreen’s but I will not be ordering advance again.

I love Doreen’s food. They have a text club so I’m always on top of really good coupons and sales. I’ve had their pizza, wings and Philly steak and cheese. They also have a buffalo sauce that’s hard to describe but absolutely delicious! I get that on the side with my sandwich and fries. You won’t go wrong! Oh, if you plan on using a debit/credit card and you want your food delivered, you have to let them know you’ll be using,”plastic” before you order. They’ll run the card over the phone not when the driver gets there. Enjoy! They also have great chocolate chip cookies, soft and big!!

As a courtesy, the manager called me to let me know that the pizza I ordered an hour ago wouldn’t be delivered as they just released the driver. Lol. Im glad that as a courtesy you let me know. Now give me back the money for the the pizza u didn’t deliver
