Last order was probably the worst so-called chicken parm that I ever had (bottom of the barrel chicken with no sauce or cheese) And now, can make a grilled HAM and cheese but not a grilled cheese. I gave them another chance, but, Oh well. I thought the new Dons would he better than the old Dons but, I guess not. Won’t waste my time or money again.

First and last timer. Stopped for National Cheesesteak Day after passing this place for years. 25 minutes after ordering food wasn’t even started. Soon before this another customer got her refund as well for same reason. 5 employees when I walked in quickly turned to 2 for reasons unknown. Reading other reviews sounds like change of hands

I got a cheesesteak and fries tonight and they were awesome!! My sister who is homebound picked that for her birthday dinner! She was extremely happy with the food not to mention the birthday wishes that the staff all sent her! Thanks for being so kind!!

With two days notice Michael catered my bosses retirement party of 100 people. The food was excellent. The service was unmatched. The experience was one of a kind. This is a place is ran by a family who does more then just make sandwiches. Don’s and owner and his family showed that I wasn’t a number but like one of the family. I strongly recommend this place for any type of function, from lunch to a business party/dinner. Thank you Michael you have earned all my business moving forward.

I placed an order for 5 hoagies and gave them my cell phone I was going to pick up. They called me back and because I was not in the system a new customer and ordered more than 4 items I needed to pay upfront? I never had a sandwich place say I had to pay upfront and they had my cell numbers. They lost my business and I was going to be a new regular customer.
