The food is good but every single time I go in the restaurant I got so many attitude from particular lady that works there she wears glasses and she is short with natural hair she always give me attitude when I ask her how I want my order to be done I went there on Monday june 26 @8:45 pm and they closes at 9pm I went in to order something and she refuses to sell me the fry chicken that I wanted even though I let her know I am fine with how the chicken is fried she tell me to find another restaurant because she will not sell me I am disgusted by the way how this one particular lady always behaves towards me and I never ever went into the workplace with attitude and every time I go there I get the same treatment the service is really bad and I will not stop writing bad reviews because she is very disrespectful and disgusting THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE REFUSES TO SELL ME

I have met the manager on duty Marjorie and been waited on by Ramona and Jimesha they have been very courteous and friendly. My wife & I love this restaurant; my favorite dish is the Jerk chicken with rice and peas. I greatly appreciate the service.

First time coming. Came in for dinner around 7pm. Got the BBQ Jerk Chicken meal. The food was cold. Had flavor but was dry and chicken had hair on it. Rice, plantains and salad was great. Inside needs updating, fountain machine was not working.

I took my pregnant wife to get food around 8PM and this old short lady with glasses stated that “she wasn’t going to serve us because they were closing early” I ask if she could sell us the at least the fry chicken they had sitting and she told us “no and that we need find another donnas restaurant”. Its really evil that this lady did that even though she saw my wife was pregnant and I hope who is in charge or if the owner see this that you guys investigate the closing hours and the employees you have running your business.

Everything was hitting just right. You know the place is authentic when all the Jamaican women have a poker face with no smile while taking your order. Make sure you know what u want before you get to the counter, there people behind you. This place is great and the staff is truly amazing

Came to visit this establishment during Carnival Weekend and it was recommended to me by a family friend of mine. Not only was the food HORRIBLE, the staff was very RUDE and impatient, and there wasn’t many options to choose from. The Escovitch was old and not seasoned well, and there was no sides available! I wanted to dine in and eat my food, but the lady sucked her teeth at me so I got up and left.
