I came to this location for dinner through the drive through. They didn’t have curry chicken which was a little annoying. I ordered fried chicken and brown stew chicken with plantains. They packed the bag and double knotted it at the top. That should have been an indication to me that something was wrong.

Ordered the oxtail 2 different days and tasted different each time. Asked for additional gravy and the cashier gave me a deadly look I offered to play extra anyways she packed the food so bad that all the meat was all over the bag I asked her to please pack all separate guess the extra work upset her.

Worst stew chicken we have ever had. The chicken itself seemed like all neck and back. Bones. The flavor of the stew wasnt good. The plantains were half ripe and tough. Rice and peas was ok.

Horrible customer service! My order was for pick up and was not ready until I asked for my order. Horrible food. The cashier was rude, and not welcoming at all. The oxtail is not cooked tender. Plantains are not sweet. Just don’t waste your money or time!

Its food that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Other then that it looks like something a dog would eat if you feed them a lunch plate of bones. I got the brown stew chicken, it’s almost the same price at the dutch pot which is around the corner which I’d recommend to go to if you want good jamaican food and little to no bones. The only thing that was good was the rice it wasnt that bad. Ive attached a before and after picture of the “chicken” bones and mind you most of the bones were chicken back bones and wings with no meat. Can see how the size is the same with meat or without meat.

Today I had a tiny box of Jerk pork and it was horrible, the pork was badly burnt , the price of $14 was ridiculous and the box was the lunch special box . No wonder Dutch Pot and other restaurants are crowded.

Tried Donna’s for the first time. The food was fresh and taste good. I like that it was not overly salty. They lose a star because they did not have a few of the menu items available. I bought the jerk chicken dinner.

In town for a funeral stop by for some food. the food was horrible. We ordered stew peas with white rice, it was burnt, with no meat on the pig tail. It was literally eight pieces of fat. I asked the server about the meat. She said I gave you eight pieces. I called the manager and showed her. She said yes I see it, counted eight pieces of fat also. She did not even offer to re-fix the plate. I didn’t want it anymore. I turned around and threw it in the trash in front of them. I guess that is why there was no one else in the restaurant eating. But at Dutch pot right next-door, was a line outside the door with people waiting to get in, and the car were wrapped around the building. We will never eat Donna’s again, at none of it’s location.
