Great new spot in echo park. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed, so I recommend a reservation The drinks were amazing (get the spritz) and the service impeccable. I loved the decor as well. For my vegans out there, they are able to make an off menu pomodoro pasta for you , and there are a couple app options to modify. Here’s hoping in the future they add a few more options!

We found Donna’s accidentally after attending a nearby event and were so happy we did! They were able to seat us as walk-ins because it was relatively early. By the time we arrived, it was packed, no surprise given the beautiful setting, the fabulous food and the gracious service. The portions were as generous as they were flavorful. After enjoying a complementary antipasto plate of salumi, cheese and olives, my husband and I shared a salad, followed by the Chicken Parmesan for him and the Swordfish for me. While these are common choices for us, the preparation of both made them the ultimate against which we will judge all other versions. And we had plenty left over for dinner at home the next night. We also enjoyed a delighted Orange wine from the interesting wine menu. And the tiramisu for dessert was, as the waitress advised us, “life-changing.” We will definitely return!

Donna’s is everything I want in an Italian restaurant! The food is absolutely phenomenal. I don’t think I’ve ever had better garlic bread, and the chicken marsala, fusilli alla vodka, and tiramisu were our other favorites! The cocktails were SO good. Service was fast, and our waiter was lovely. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous too. A perfect dining experience!

The food, atmosphere and service are just amazing. The staff was so friendly and attentive! I will absolutely be back. The chicken parm and fusilli were SO GOOD!!!!!! Finished it off with the tart for dessert and I can’t wait for more the next time ❤️

Decided to try this place out after work with a colleague of mine. The food was amazing but the wait time took forever even though we had a reservation. I also believe our server forgot to send our order to the kitchen. Presentation wise it could be a lot better I prefer my drinks with a slice of fruit on the rim or a mint unfortunately only our drinks seemed to not have garnishes on them. I understand they’re working in a high volume place but it took away from the experience! I also am usually not one to complain about too much alcohol in my drinks but you could tell the measurements were off. I would say they need a bit more retraining on how to make a cocktail. For sure not game changing I could find a better drink at a dive bar

Great hospitality, amazing vibe and look. Food was very good. Melon was not ripe so I would avoid this appetizer. They pasta was very good however the lasagna rolls were very insubstantial as a main dish. Highly recommend the broccolini as a side.

The food was okay definitely not authentic but they try to make it up with an italian home like feel. But it’s honestly not fooling anybody. While I was there I sat at the bar top which is always awesome to see the bartenders at work but this time it was not enjoyable the female bartender rushed me the entire time. I understand it’s a new place and they’re trying to get as many people in at once but it really soured the experience. I can confidently say I would never recommend this place.
