I live 2.5 miles, 6 minutes away from this location. When I called to place a delivery order I was told I lived in a “dead zone” and they couldn’t deliver to me. Keep in mind, this location has delivered to me on at least 3 separate occasions; it was just this time they couldn’t do it. The manager told me that their delivery contract had specific areas they could deliver to and that if I was outside of that zone that I would need to be voted in and placed in their contractual delivery area. I didn’t realize I needed to consult the counsel of Donatos or appeal to Emperor Palpatine in order to get a pizza delivered. Mind you, I live less than 7 minutes away from this location and they have delivered to me before.

Great pizza. A little on the pricey side but good. Their cheesy bread was burnt and wings were pretty dry but hey the pizza and breadsticks are awesome. Spicy cheese cups all day! Stick to those and you won’t be upset.

They have a call center and the call center sucks soooo much they do not understand you and you can’t understand them, but the employees at the restaurant are very nice. They had to remake my pizza twice and got it wrong both times and instead of asking if I wanted it remade a third time they asked if I just wanted a refund at that point I just said yes and left to get papa johns which had my pizza ready in 10-15min.

I ordered for pick up before coming in. My pick up was for 6pm. This was my first time ever eating there. I get there at 5:57. There is a lady in line in front of me waiting as well. She stated she had been there 20 mins already for her pick up order. After a nearly 25 mins wait the gentleman comes to take my payment and tells me he taken 5$ off my order for the wait. Ok thats fine thanks. Then proceeded to turn around and get my order off the counter that has been sitting there since I walked in. I was thinking i was waiting all this time because they where still making my food. Nope…. my food was ice cold and honestly the subs where very skimpy on meat. After the $5 off I still paid $66.00… let me just say never again. Poor quality food that was cold. Very disappointing. If I would have gotten a receipt with my order i would have taken it back. But I didnt get that either and the person on the phone said they couldn’t go by my online bank statement.
