I’m not sure why anyone would think it acceptable to put a pizza that looked like it caught on fire into a box for a customer. I have been trying to reward my employees for their hard work with food that is individually packaged. Sometimes I get shorted a pizza, sometimes what I get looks like this. Won’t be “rewarding” my employees with Donatos again.

Pizza we ordered seemed a little under portioned on toppings compared to pictures on menu, but tasted decent. The reason for the 2-star rating is because of how under portioned the chicken was on the sandwich we ordered. The sandwich only had six super small pieces of chicken on it, three pieces on each half. We brought it to the attention of the staff, which we were told it indeed was under portioned. They “remade” the sandwich, but was still a complete disappointment. This was our first visit to Donato’s and will be our last. Don’t waste your hard earned money on a business that does not deliver a quality product!

Ordered online for delivery. No where until after i paid did it say it could be delivered by door dash. Called the store to cancel as soon as it told me door dash was delivering my order. Was told i couldn’t cancel and then promptly hung up on. Will never order Donatos again.

This location is absolutely worthless. I love donatos pizza but will never order it again if it comes from this location. We ordered pizza on a Friday night so we knew it would be busy. However, they were an 30 minutes late on the time they said they would deliver. And then said they had already delivered it which was false. So, I call the location to find out where our pizza was. I was on hold for 20 minutes after the person who answered the phone, got an attitude with me with a refund and places me on hold. So I decided to drive up there and confront them face to face. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then the assistant manager gave me attitude for wanting to refund the order. She made it seem like it was no big deal that they were an hour, by then, out of their time frame for delivering our pizza then I asked for a receipt to show that my order had been refunded. She was unable to provide such a receipt. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location, but I like the pizza so I was willing to forgive and forget. Not any longer. I order a lot of pizza and they aren’t the only game in town…

Can’t say enough as to how they treated us when the order was wrong.. We where coming back from Cincy (Surgery) when we placed the order by phone. They told us it would be 45mins and when we arrived they couldn’t find the order. They promised to make another one right away. During that time we called home and found out that a Pizza arrived at home. Now the order was placed on the ice & snow storm day (Feb 3). The guy who delivered the Pizza and the family (owned) did a great job. I hope that the delivery man thaws out soon. P. S. The pizza was also great. Thanks again.

These guys were close to 2 hour delivery times before the pandemic. Always had a problem getting food here. And these days you’ll sit on hold for 5 min. Literally 5 min to leave a order. Pivkup at times is a hour. They should close this store down and if Noone wants to work there.
