This was my first experience with this chain and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I love pizza and I have never not demolished even the most mediocre of pies. This was the exception; the sauce was too salty, the crust was soggy on the thin crust, the hand tossed was dripping with sauce, and the there were literally only 20 pepperonis on the each large pizza. My eight year old chose to make himself something to eat at home because he disliked the taste so much; let that sink in. To top it all off, it was overpriced. My wife ordered a salad and received a laughable portion.

Fantastic!!! First time ordering. Food fresh and tasty! From the toppings to the sauce to the crust! The apple pie pizza is a nice desert option. If you’re ordering from a hotel, be prepared to go outside to receive your order. No biggie, just a little caught off guard as you see others delivering to the other hotel rooms.

This place is a Health Hazard and needs to be shut down. Sat there as I waited on my pizza and watched the employees use their bare hands to make all the pizzas. What’s even worse is they would interact with the computer keyboards which looked like they were 200 years old and covered with the most disgusting grime you could imagine. They proceeded to go back and touch all the food. They also were using their phones the whole while also going back and forth touching all the food. Completely nasty and unsafe. This place needs to be shut down and have their health standards re-evaluated. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here unless you want food poisoning

I have never in my life until tonight seen a Donatos rising crust pizza (Update) I called the store tonight to get the $20 credit that was promised by Jamar and Jamar the night manager took our order tonight, and said he was applying a $20 discount. When we went online to total the order to see what it would be, it was the same price. Airway shopping center donatos has permanently lost 3 customers. “OH you get deals online and we’re not giving you that and taking the 20 off the total cost. ” I NEVER ORDER OVER THE PHONE ANY WAY! A lot of good calling the manager did.

I placed an order online with a pickup time at the drive thru window for 8:41pm. I arrived at 8:43pm and did not recieve my food until 9:03pm and it was wrong. The manager Mark asked me at 8:53pm to move to the end of the line(there were 2 cars behind me) due to my order was not ready. I said no due to my order was to be ready at 8:41pm. He said nothing. When I did get my order that Mark handed me 22 minutes late it was wrong. The receipt asked for both pizzas to be pie cut and the wings plain with BBQ on the side. Each pizza was cut in squares and wings BBQ sauce all over them. When I checked the food & seen it was wrong. Let the manager know he said well I know one was not pie cut. So you knew my order was wrong and still gave it to me with no apologizes. After I told him this happened the last time I ordered from the Airway location I had the same issue. I asked him what was he going to do about it & he said I will give you a credit. No I want my $57 dollars back. For me to spend that with your company and get no apology or anything but a blank face. Do Better Donatos!!

Total joke. This place will take credit card orders for delivery, charge the card, and not deliver the food or pick up the phone. I mean not pick up the phone for hours and let the place close. I’ve seen this happen to multiple customers on multiple days. This is just one small thing I’ve witnessed out of a bunch of stuff that would literally make you sick, and blow your mind. Total disgrace to humanity…

So we ordered a pizza and two salads on a Friday night. Took longer than we thought to arrive and the driver forgot the pizza. I called the store and Mark made it right and gave us a full refund and we got our pizza. Driver said they were just slammed with orders. Food was good and I will order from them again.

Got food poisoning here a few weeks ago. Do not recommend. UPDATE: The hospital bill for the food poisoning was ~$800, definitely do not recommend.
