I ordered a pizza and a drink and I waited for it an hour and 22 minutes. The pizza was not hot or fresh upon arrival, in fact it was burned. They should have told us they were down to a single driver, I would have understood and gone and picked it up. Terrible service, over priced burnt pizza, not giving them my business again

I’m not sure what’s going wrong at this Donato’s but I placed an online order and they farmed out the delivery to Door Dash who lost the order. When I spoke to Donato’s manager he couldn’t give me a refund! He assured me he would remake the order and it would be delivered in approximately 30 minutes. It’s now 2 hours after the original online order and an hour after the manager said the order would be here. HORRIBLE customer service!
