I’ve gotten the same pepperoni pizza from here for years, and it’s just getting progressively worse. I get donatos because I love how much pepperoni is on their pizzas. The menu picture of pepperoni covering the whole pizza draws me in every time I see it, so yummy (usually). Let me tell you, this last time was NOTHING like advertised. Not only that, but the crust was flimsy, the cheese tasted old, and they used way too much sauce. Better off ordering a Donatos pizza from Red Robin, they make it like it’s SUPPOSED to be done at the actual Donatos store.

A complete and utter disaster. Make sure to not order from this place the night the Browns are playing. Haha. Their system simply can’t handle it. We put an order in at 4:45pm. The system said it would be ready for a pick up at 6:10pm. Apparently they have received over a hundred orders at once. We called the place three times to confirm that it was being made, every time they struggled to find the order first, then after they have finally found it, they promised it would be ready in 10 minutes. We showed up to pick it up at 6:50pm and the person at the pick up window announced it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. What a mess.

Pulled up to the pick up window 5 minutes after my pick time. I waited 10 minutes while two young kids kept looking at me smiling and laughing talking to each other. They never came to window nor did the young lady that looked too. I hit the horn on the truck after 15 minutes of waiting and still nothing. I unbuckled seat belt and was getting ready to go in to see what problem was but, I believe his name was Ben saved the day. He was very kind and listened to me vent. I told them all someone had to do was acknowledge me or say my order wasn’t ready or something. He agreed and apologized which made me level down. I still gave him a tip because, he was so professional. Ben is the only good thing going on there because the kitchen is dirty, unprofessional staff and waited too long.

I live in the neighborhood, order from here often when. I find it unacceptable to send food out like this. There is no quality to this. It doesn’t make sense to me that an employee can be this lazy looking at the food before sending it out.

My family has switched to Donato’s because they offer Impossible sausage and Impossible pepperoni. We always order online and pick up our takeout inside the store. The staff is friendly, and our food is typically ready exactly when we requested. The store is clean and easy to get to.
