The last three times I tried to order pizza here, my pizza simply never arrived. You’ll get a text half an hour after your pizza was supposed to be there, saying your order has been canceled, and then you’ll have to go through 4 different channels of outsourced call center reps before anyone can tell you what happened. I’m embarrassed it took me three different orders to learn never to go here again.

Now ya’ll know ya’ll wrong for this light-skinned pizza. Undercooked is an understatement. My husband tried to eat it anyways since it was late but even he couldn’t stomach it. Disappointed.

Arrived at expected time waited extra 10 minutes. When I asked again, I was told the manager had just put the pizzas in the oven. I canceled my order, and then the manager told the staff he they wore one up on each of the pizzas I canceled. That means someone is getting a pizza that was already sitting there.

Just ordered a custom small and it had to have been put together by a 8 yr old. Pure ignorance I’ve made better at home. Taste nothing like Donatos.. is just thrown together and not cooked all the way. Sauce thrown on top of the cheese that has disintegrated the cheese in those spots. Disgusting!

I put an order in at 4:33pm for delivery at 5:15pm. Received a text at 5:10pm stating it wouldn’t arrive until 5:48pm. I called at 5:12pm to have the order switched to pickup, because my small child has to eat before 5:30pm, drove to get it, just to be told that it was sent out for delivery anyways. Wasted my time and gas because they can’t communicate with each other or the drivers.

Worst experience ever! My delivery driver requested we meet her at the beginning of the complex because she couldn’t find the location. Pieces of pizza are missing from our order. Along with our drinks we were charged for. And when you call the location no one answers the phone or they pick up then hang up. -485/10 *DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!*

Worst time I’ve ever had trying to get a pizza. I ordered for in-store pick up got to the store waited 10 minutes before anybody would even look at me when someone finally came to me to get my order half of it was missing they wanted me to wait while they cook. The wings and my pizza got cold had to walk out without food. No management in the store. Terrible service.

I gave one star because I had to to post this. This location is GARBAGE I have been getting Donatos Pizza for years and usually I’m very pleased with the costumer service and the food. This location is TERRIBLE management is always rude and act like you inconvenience them for their mistake. Foods always cold and never made right there’s no accountability I’ll never order from here again and I will be contacting corporate.

I’m so upset I even have to put a star on here to put in a comment I ordered a veggie sub no cheese add vegan meet my 1st sub had hella cheese on it and so I went back to get the 2nd one it. Had no vegan sausage on it so I call the gernal manager. There was nothing he could do just do what I feel like doing cause he made the subs and they charged my card and extra $5 I need help this is not far they did me wrong
