Order from them on a Friday and after 30 minutes past delivery time, which was 50 minutes, I called and was told that they were not sure why my food has never been delivered. Against my better judgement I decided to give them another try today, Sunday, and it is now 40 minutes passed the delivery time, again 50 minutes, and I have been unable to get a person on the line. At least I had the sense to pay cash instead of credit this time. Absolute horrible service. Definitely not worth the headache.

Delivery orders are never on time, food is always lukewarm to cold. My last order (and I do mean LAST-will never order from this store again) was canceled because their oven broke. I would have been ok with this had they bothered to CALL ME but instead they canceled the order and left me wondering what was going on. Didn’t answer the phone when I called so corporate had to tell me what was going on. Horribly run location.

Zero stars for sure. Order was scheduled for delivery around 625. 1.5 hours later, food is cold obviously. Tried to call and ask for manager, hung up on 3x. Called corporate, they called them, hung up on them 3x. Whomever is “running” this place needs not to be.

Update, the restaurant still can’t follow simple directions such as “LIGHT SAUCE.” It is so gross, with sauce oozing out onto the box everywhere. The online ordering is much better, though.

Well 2 weeks I order. Spent almost 50 dollars. Messed my when order up. The manager Noah would only give me 30 credit instead of giving me my money back. So I use my credit tonight and was told 45 min. I ordered at 5:24 pm and the driver got here at 7:07 pm with a cold pizza. Been trying to call and know they won’t answer. Not to mention the black haired girl working looked like she was higher than 3 ppl. What’s going on there. Noah u need to do something different. I will be contacting corporate in the morning

I literally made a complaint about this facility not long ago. I decided to try them again since to corporate refunded some money and apologized. However this time is much worse. I sat in the drive through for 20mins and someone parked their car, blocking the window because they got no service. So I parked and walked in and there was a line I had to sit in for 15mins. Definitely do not recommend! Worst Donatos location. Will be going to Sullivan avenue location from here on out.
