I am giving one star because zero is not an option. I brought my granddaughters here for lunch. I saw two staff members walking around and briefly helping someone in the party room. They both looked at us, one several times but no one ever came out to take an order or offer to help us in any way. We left after ten minutes of nothing.

The food is the same as always but they outsourced their phone in orders which the person got wrong. I don’t appreciate someone taking orders who isn’t in store with experience actually making the pizzas with the knowledge of what goes on it because you are there day in day out making them. It makes a difference.

This Donato’s has been specifically good to our family. They provided both our older children their first employment experience and were a good organization to work for. The food is always as well done as Donato’s can do. They handle a lot of parties and large orders, so if you need to feed a lot of people, quickly, they are great.

We online ordered two pizzas Friday, 1/10/2020 for pickup. One large and one medium both with the hand toss crust. We have had it before from This store and it was good and a nice change from the traditional very thin Donatos pizza. Tonight, however, both pizzas seemed less than fully cooked. Toppings were fine but the crust was almost doughy at the center on the medium and better but still not fully cooked on the large. I hoped for a way to let management know via feedback but there wasn’t a follow up email. We were disappointed

Very good pizza, we had the hot chicken pizza. The crust was delicious. Pizza was out quick, like five minutes. It’s a bit loud but that is the environment. Some have complained that the pizza is pricy, we I think it was spot on. Location is great, and good service, you get what you pay for. Well worth it in my book.

This location means so much to our family! My husband and toddler-age son visit one evening a week while I volunteer in north Columbus. I got to go with them a few weeks ago. The manager remembers our family, knows my son by name and makes nights at the “pizza house” feel like we’re right at home. Excellent pizza, amazing family time! We see how hard their team works, and couldn’t recommend this location more!
