Stopped here on 05/28/2023 and picked-up two pizzas. The dining room was closed due to a shortage of available employees. However, the pizzas were some of the best we have ever eaten. The crew may have been few but they were spot on with making the pizzas. We will definitely visit this location again the next time we visit the area.

I gave this location 5 stars a while back. They stink now. Pizzas are never ready when they say they will be and I threw away the last large cheese pizza I bought from them – not only did it look unlike any Donatos pizza I’ve ever seen, the dough wasn’t even done.

I preordered for delivery at this location for 4:45, even got an email comfirmation stating so. 5:00 comes around and no order, 5:30 comes around and no order. I checked my bank account and showed that I was charged for the order but was never received. I called donatos and was transfered to the store about my issue by a rep. The phone just rang and rang with no answer. I called back and the same thing was transfered to the store but the phone just rang. Finally I called and asked the callcenter rep who answered to speak with a manager because at this point I was considering this a scam since I never received my food. Same thing, was transfered to the store and no answer. Finally about 6:30 a doordash driver shows up with my order wich was cold so I would imagine that I was probably sitting out since 4:45 the way it taisted. I am a donatos rewards member and a good frequent customer, well this may change after the experience I had. They can deliver my order late but they took no time to charge my card.

I like a couple of the drivers there dont get me wrong but the problem is this stupid DoorDash is taking it over. I receive my pizzas cold everytime i get it from doordash and they arrive late. Get more drivers or something cause this is ridiculous and im a regular as well btw.

This location needs to close immediately. If you all don’t have staff, do not open. Showed up, doors locked on a Friday night. Waited 30 minutes at the drive thru for my pick up. Requesting a refund but never got through. What a NIGHTMARE! Jim and Jane Grote should be ashamed!

Worst Donatos in entire system. Sat at window 20 minutes and doors were locked. Called phone number and operator called store and they came to the window. Salad was half. Wings were cold. Person at window was zombie like.

One time called and the person working was obviously having a terrible time, said it was their first day. Stated 70min wait time on orders. Today, bought this $6 garlic Asiago cheese bread. Barely fills a quarter of the box, very inconsistent sizing. And they didn’t give any sour cream with the mariachi pizza
