Ordered online and picked up at the window. We paid online, but they asked for payment again and had to double check when we said we already paid. Handed us two boxes and left, had to wait for them to come back to ask for the remaining of our order. We told them we were missing cheese sticks and the guy working in the back said they don’t have those on the menu so we couldn’t have ordered them, they only have cheese bread. Had to pull out the online order receipt to show them we ordered cheese bread to finally get that box. The last part of the order was no longer on their menu, but eventually were able to get a similar item to replace. After we got our food home the pizza was missing toppings and the crust was a little overcooked.

Super late. Cold. Would not let me add the spicel offer and had an extra 5 delivery charge. Way to expensive. Ordered a 2 liter of people recived a 20oz. Chicken wings were gross. Pizza dident have 100 pepperonis. I use this location all the time and it has never been this bad. And based off all the negative comments in the past 2 months. Im not the only one who feels the same. Assuming it is under poor management.

Orderd diner for the family and shock yet another restaurant that can not do their job correctly. How hard is it to pit all the food ordered in the bag. Well guess peanut butter and jelly for me since they are incapable of putting the big Don in the bag. I’ll use dominos from now on they get the orders complete and correct.

I just started a job close to this Donatos. And have been ordering a lot for lunch. I use to go to the Donatos on the corner of Central and Sullivant. And now I won’t go back there! I will always use this Donatos! It tastes so much better! I’m never dissatisfied. And the customer service is always very friendly. Always a good experience.

First time here to this particular location order online picked up at the drive-thru window received our order faster than the quoted time overall pizza is mediocre at best asked for well done didn’t get it Pizza had way too much sauce toppings and cheese slid right off of it the cheesy bread that we got was lacking flavor and very much cheese on it and overall didn’t look very appealing overpriced in my opinion for what u get.

Definitely wont order from this Donatos again! First of all ordered a Large pep and mushroom pizza, the mushroom looked like they put the crumbs or whatevers at the bottom of the bag or can of mushrooms, definitely not full mushrooms just bits of mushroom. The pizza itself was very soft so when you picked a piece up it just was flimsy and dropped straight down, no crisp whatsoever, just gross!!! Secondly, I ordered 3 ranch paid I’m sure for 3 ranch (I added them onto my bread sticks order which was the only good thing I received) anyway they gave me a small plastic cup/container with barely any ranch. Will post pics. Only gave 2 stars because the bread sticks and boneless chicken were decent. Honestly the pic of the pizza looks better than it actually tastes. Lol.

My family often eats out at donatos. It is a really great place. The food is always super delicious, as it is hand made. The service is undeniably amazing, each worker is super nice. The atmosphere is very comforting, with music playing in the dining area. There is also a party room you can rent out for parties!
