If you order delivery, you will likely be missing food each time you order. They never answer the phone, so you have to go in to either get your order or get a refund from the manager. This is the fault of the delivery service that corporate makes customers use (doordash) of whom isn’t in charge of refunds. I complained to corporate. Why do we pay for a service that is useless. The food is great, but unless you go to the store, it’s a waste of your valuable money/time; and you are likely to go without your dinner. In addition, the donatos app frequently deletes the things you order. Accurate or not, the order is regularly not received. I did go to the store each time we ordered and paid for delivery. The manager told me to contact corporate, and handed me each missing item sitting in the window waiting. I did contact them requesting a refund for the delivery service after 15 orders of the same routine.

Not only is this the BEST Donatos pizza in Central Ohio. Good food, excellent service with a smile always. To add, these are some of the most honest people I have met!!! Owners. Have eaten donatos since I was little…Won’t ever go back to this chain. Ordered wings and got all drums, not a mix of flats and drums. Pizza was under cooked and had raw dough that we had to bake more at home to fully cook it.

1 of the 2 pizzas weren’t ready because hand tossed needs to thaw and then cook. So, we had to pull up and wait an extra 10 minutes. Also, the sauce cup was forgotten and we had to request it.

Last two times I ordered the pizza was burnt. Also got the order wrong the time before that. They fixed it, no problem there but constantly screw up or burn the the order.

Donato’s what’s this? Since the subs are not pre made someone thought it would be okay to put this banana pepper with the stem on my sub. the sub was horrible the bread was hard and burnt and you top with this. Dissatisfied
