My 92 yr old grandfather, fresh off a flight from Dallas, had to wait over an hour for his Big Don. The man had to get ugly with the staff to get any kind of reaction, (and action) from them.

No stars,!!! Messed up our complete order of $45 &said we were refunded a credit. Went to use it and they revoked it. Will never order from there again. Not to mention I worked there as a teenager and they have a 5 second rule. Good luck

I’m from Florida and Donatos chicken mariachi pizza is the best pizza I have ever tasted in my life. My wife put me on to it and every time I visit Columbus ohio I have to have one. Well tonight we tried the beef mariachi pizza and it runs a very close second, I think we will get a half chicken, half beef from now on.

Consistently send out undercooked food. I have done pick up, drive thru, delivery very and door dash. The experiences are always the same, sloppy undercooked food. If you order over the phone, it will also be incorrect. There are plenty of other pizza places to choose from, that are better.
