This is the second time I’ve ordered a pizza for delivery from this location where just a couple of minutes after I place the order on their app I get a phone call requesting a tip. First of all, if I wanted to add a tip I would have. How dare they call me knowing I declined to add a tip. I explained they are already charging me $4.50 for delivery and I live about 1/4 mile away from the store. If they want me to tip the driver, don’t charge me a delivery fee. If you charge me a delivery fee I will assume that is for the cost to deliver the pizza, no tip needed. If drivers aren’t paid fairly, Donatos should pay them better. Very annoying!

This location is hit or miss. If you order at lunch time, you usually have a good chance of the pizza being made well. If you order any other time, you might get a good pizza or you might get something that’s barely cooked enough while the breadsticks are burnt.

I ordered a chesse pizza n got a mushroom green olives and spinach wth my baby brought that back too me I was so upset when I called it seems like they did not know how to handle the messed up order

Their pizza is always fresh!!! The employees are super nice and always give us the right amount of red pepper flake packets. I would highly recommend this location! 🙂

We ordered a pizza with vegetables and one with chicken,unfortunately they were burned, we couldn’t eat them,the worst pizza we ordered, we will never deal with them again.

I loved their pizza but no more. Last night, there was hair on the pizza and when called the store the manger was offering 5$off. Man, they need to fix the issue and be apologetic. Disgusting experience I ever had. I’m no more ordering pizza from this place or Donatos.

We came here after a memorial service. Pizza was so good. Italian garlic cheesy bread thing was awesome! Would definitely recommend this place!

Pretty good pizza however it’s a bit confusing with the pickup since there are spots outside labeled for pick-up but you’re suppose to go to the driver drive-thru window

The actual fresh & plentiful toppings was a breathe of fresh air to any discerning palette. Loved the options to have up to 100 Pepperoni on one pizza. That’s something unheard of for any other pizza place I’ve been to. The ham also wasn’t bits & pieces. You can tell they had freshly sliced premium ham scattered generously over the whole pizza. I’m from Louisiana, and to find this gem in Ohio was a pleasant surprise. Definitely will return on our future trips. My only wish is this chain was actually all over the United States.
