This place is an absolute dumpster fire. From the product they serve to the management staff, to the serving staff- it’s all horrendous. As a Columbus native I’ve always loved Donatos, but since moving to New Albany and being stuck with ordering from this place- I can firmly say I will never ever recommend or order from here again. (Example: photo is the cheese pizza with extra sauce I ordered….) They are consistently incorrect, forget whole items, forget toppings, burn things, undercook things, etc. When confronted they are rude, dismissive and act like it is your fault. They are never willing to give you your money back, even when returning the food that was incorrect, they are never even willing to fix what they got incorrect. To anyone thinking of getting pizza or food from here- I recommend Eagles, Brenz, Jets, literally ANYWHERE else.

Horrible store. Rerouting calls to a call center that barely speaks English. If you call back, they are EXTREMELY rude, hang up several times. Tried for 20 minutes to order a pizza. After 12 years of doing business with them, I’m done. For now on I’m only ordering from Zero’s Pizza in New Albany. Zero’s is reliable, super friendly, and there food is just as good if not better. Donatos needs to fire their GM. The store has become a declining disaster.

Ordered pizza online last night for delivery Sunday at 7pm. Our pizza arrived on time however was not completely cooked. Our veggie pizza is still dough, the cheese bread is half cooked as is our second pizza. I’ve been on hold to speak with someone for 25 minutes and no one answers. These pizzas were clearly rushed and not fully cooked internally. We’d like our money back at least if we could get a hold of anyone. This is our local shop and it’s not the first time we’ve had issues with orders. I understand being short staffed but we still paid full price $60 with tip for food we can’t eat. Not okay.

I have been ordering and enjoying Donatos Pizza since 1969 and with a few exceptions always got great food. Today will be my last time ordering from Donatos as the quality has become far less than advertised. I always order the same thing, a large thin crust pepperoni and ham, my wife orders a big Don sub without peppers.

Donatos used to be better, it used to be my favorite pizza of all time. The last several pizzas we ordered were way over done. I just threw away a whole pizza that tasted horrible. I can no longer recommend this pizza and will not be a customer moving forward.

Absolutely the worse tasting Donatos ever. Our son and DIL came from out of town and ordered a pep pizza while visiting after our son who loved Donatos pizza for years. He couldn’t wait to have “his favorite pizza, Donatos” and it tasted like cardboard! The worse!!

Wow, what a let down. $3.29 for salad that had 4 pieces of pepperoni, and a few slices of tomatoes. Then, $4.59 for the asiago cheese bread that was tasteless. The pizza was ok. Just glad I went and got it, instead of having it delivered. So, all of this stuff for $19.07.. not worth the money… won’t order from Donatos again…

The sauce is simply awful. I just moved from california so not sure if this is the Ohio style, but its kind of smoky and just not the kind of sauce i like on a pizza. Maybe you’ll like it though
