They are so hospitable taking time to explain to me the way the dish was prepared so I could get the one I was going to enjoy as spicy but not to hot and with the vegetables of my liking and as he was speaking about the dinner he was very friendly and I could feel like he would be helping me to better choose what he thinks I would like as well as my diabetic diet. I will definitely be going back to have dinner with them soon. And I should be getting a small discount for all of this writing my finger tips have been cramping all night

Called to order a pizza, only to have the employee repeatedly ask me to repeat my address. He hadn’t heard of “Tates Creek Road” and didn’t know how to spell it. On the fourth time I started using the NATO alphabet “Tango-Alfa-Tango-…” and the dude just hung up on me. Got Papa John’s instead and it was delicious. Sorry Donato’s, you’re out permanently.

Very good and Tasty pizza, thin crust and toppings are loaded. However service is severely lacking. People not acknowledging customers for over 10 mins, in the back on their phones, and overall lacking any social/friendly skills.

Got a suggestion to rate this. Only got it because my car broke down next door at the gas station. No one gave me a hard time as I worked to push-start it in the parking lot. Thank you, sure the food is good too, will have to try another time after repairs.

Arrived 5 min before estimated done time, drove home about 5 min. Open as some as I got there, product was cold and cheese hard as a rock floating in a pool of pizza sauce and a cold soggy bun.I gave them one last time because of ease of location and again more than 5 different occasions the product was not eatable. Done with Donatos Period!

I ordered a pizza for Father’s Day to celebrate with my dad and they got it wrong even after clarifying it with them three times while ordering. Then when I called in it took 10 minutes before a manager came to the phone and he didn’t even apologize for the mistake.
