Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, thin crust, and 12 boneless wings. The wings came less than what was ordered, but the restaurant fixed the issue right away. The food was very delicious and hot. The wings pictured are the replacement. Excellent food and staff.

Excellent pizza, calzones and wings. Great quality thin & thick crust pizza. I particularly liked the calzone, the crust was not as thick as others and that really enhanced the cheese and filling ingredients. Highly recommended!

Very first time trying this pizza establishment after my family bragged so much about it. It doesn’t disappoint. The thin crust is cooked very even and it tastes very seasoned. Served very fresh( commercial ready). A must try!!

One of the best pizza places in Knoxville. You HAVE to get their thin crust, or it isn’t a true Donatos experience. It’s what they are known for. But if you want pizza with tons of fresh toppings, this is is. They use a really great cheese too.

We ordered take out. No issues with staff or pick up time. Although I’m not a thin crust guy, I prefer deep dish or hand tossed.. I must say this is top tier pizza for thin crust. The sauce strikes a good balance between savory and sweet, and the cheese and toppings are plentiful. Good job! I will be returning soon

Meh not my kind of pizza.sauce Way too salty . Ordered a deep dish or thick crust and was given a thin crust,which tasted like dried up crackers! I did ask what kind of crust they had just to clarify what i wanted and she didn’t know? Odd! The though on the hand tossed was better but won’t be returning. I can say I’ve been there done that? so many five stars

Went for a haircut at Tune Up and saw Donatos next door. Ordered a pizza for pickup at 1:15. Walked in at 1:15 right as they put the pizza in the box. Best pickup pizza I have had in a long time! I’d highly recommend it if you are in the area.
