I am going to preface this review by saying I have never called to place my order. The pizza always tastes good. However, I have wanted to try the edge to edge pepperoni pizza each of the 4 times I’ve placed an order through the app and online. I’ve ordered extra pepperoni & said yes to whatever a pizza cup is with the same result. This picture was taken after people had gotten slices. Again, pizza tastes good but highly disappointed in the amount of pepperoni they claim to use.

Abraham is very welcoming and probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. He’s very polite and caring for his customers. Food was amazing. This is my 2nd day coming in a row. Place is very clean and peaceful. Definitely recommend. Especially this location!

First time trying the 12 inch GF crust. It was one of the best!!! Crispy but still had a little fought chew. They also have a Cauliflower and a 10 inch GF.

I am a Columbus, Ohio native so when I heard a Donato’s was coming less than an hour from my home I was ecstatic. I have been coming to this location since it opened. It takes me roughly 40 minutes to get to this location but it’s well worth the drive. As far as the pizzas offered, I can only speak in regards to the thin crust. It is excellent.

I am from Ohio, Donatos are everywhere and it’s decent pizza. This store always has an issue though. I tried for an hour to order online and by phone and was told “our systems are down” . This wouldn’t be a big deal but it happens all the time at this location. The staff is rude and refuses to tell you about coupons when you can log online and get those same coupons. Stuff like this doesn’t fly normally at Denado’s but because it’s Tennessee apparently it’s OK.

I paid for a pizza and a side but never got the side on delivery. App must have been broken or something. I didn’t want to mess with it so I’m just leaving a negative on service.

I have only been once so far. The pizza was very tasty. The service was quick & very nice. The $ was not bad either. I will definitely be going back.

I had them put the sauce on top. However, the Chicken Spinach Mozzarella is supposed to come with Fresh Mozzarella, this was Shredded Mozzarella which they used way too much of. This pizza does not reheat well as there is way too much cheese. I wouldn’t waste my money here.

Good but not great. I got the big Don sub. It was a good price for size, but there was too much Italian dressing on it for my liking and the sub seemed to be in the oven just a bit too long. I will return and try other item and will change my review accordingly.
