Amazing Food and Great customer service. Aaron was absolutely amazing and he made the whole experience 1000% better…. The food is Great but Aaron’s great customer service topped it off. I ordered 2 veggie subs online at 3:55, and it said my order would be ready at 4:12. I arrived at the pickup window at 4:15 and the guy said that my order was still in the oven, so I sit there 5 minutes waiting, when he came back to the window, and ask me to pull up, and they would bring it out to me. I sit there waiting another 10 minutes, and no one ever came out to bring my order. So then I walked inside to get it, and it was still not ready, so I stood there another 15 minutes waiting, and the same guy told me, that he forgot to add all my toppings, which is only 5 toppings. I then got my food and looked at it barely any toppings, the bread was hard and dry, and then also added toppings that I did not want. This was the worst service and food. Will never eat here again.

Placed an order online for pizza and breadsticks, and prepaid. The receipt said it would be ready at 7:04 pm for pickup. I arrived precisely on time, and the young woman working the register could not find a record of the order by either name or phone number. I showed her my emailed receipt. She went into the back and came out to say it would be “a few minutes.” So my husband and I sat down to wait. I don’t think they had even begun making our order. At 7:23, the young woman brought out our pizzas. I asked where the bread sticks were, and she again went in the back to check. She came back and stated that “the breadsticks did not print out on the order.” I asked could we just get a refund because we wanted to take our pizzas home while they were still hot. She said she could not give refunds. We asked to speak to a manager and were told there was not one there. Who leaves a restaurant to be run by a bunch of people with no authority to refund someone a few dollars?? So she stuck our pizzas under the “warmer” and we waited an additional 10 minutes to get our breadsticks. They appeared to have an adequate number of staff working in the back, and they had only one family eating in the dining room, and a couple other people picked up takeout orders, so it was not an issue of being understaffed. It’s more like no one cared. If we had not already prepaid we would have walked out. The sad part is the food was actually really good, but I won’t go back after being treated like this.

This place has been my most favorite to go since I was a child and for as many years as I’ve gone, never had I gotten better service, never better quality, and certainly never fresher nor tastier than right here. I do have to highlight their staff for putting up such a great work ethic and taking their job seriously and I’ve learned that the outstanding manager behind this team of professional pizza producers goes by the name of KRISSY and if I have it wrong it could be KRISTY. Anywho….she’s been absolutely fantastic as a manager in leaving my girl and I and anyone of my friends and family that order here in nothing but awe and satisfaction. Stop ordering from these busted a$$ restaurants. Donatos has real pizza, real employees…who care, the same ingredients for several decades, they’re quick!, and last but most definitely not least…the store is clean and fresh when you walk in! Takes me straight back to my childhood. And yeah I may have a lot of good to say about pizza, although it’s not just pizza, this place has a lot to offer when it comes to serving good food and being good people about it. Thank you Donatos for existing!

I ordered at 10:45 and they said it will be ready by 11. When I arrived at 10:55 they said it was in the oven. They told me that at least two more times as I stood there waiting for 30 minutes, late for a meeting. I have never known a fast food pizza place to have the pizza in the oven for over 30 minutes… I had already paid or I would have just left.
