This Donatos location always gets my order correct! In this day in age is 50%of the battle ,lol. The food here has usually been delicious and mouth watering, making me coming back for more. The one complaint I “could” have is that and appetizer was a little too well done. This was 1 out of 22 orders. The service is very friendly here, I believe they would make better tips if they had a seating option. Very down to earth folks, however im only going to be “so generous” if I’m not eating it at the location…

Worst place ever i order asiago cheese bread and wings for lunch because i work at camden clark hospital and called and the GM was rude begin to tell me i work in marietta never worked for them or that brand. Just bit into my chicken and it’s raw great my lunch is ruined. Also she told me not to come there no more a new business don’t need management like this

I love Donatos, but 2 times in the last few weeks, I have ordered online after 9 PM and a guy calls to say they closed early at 9 instead of 10 due to short staff. Tired of the excuses. Hire more staff, change your hours in general, or shut down the online ordering when you “decide” to close early. Regardless, it’s not good business practice to change your hours every other day when people expect you to be open. Fix the problem! Papa John’s and Dominoes doesn’t seem to be having this issue. I seriously think they are just not busy and decide to close early to suit them at the time. Very poor customer service.

I decided to try this place last week and decided to do their drive through pick up window. As I was leaving the gentlemen who was working the window decided to take a puff of whatever he was smoking AT THE WINDOW! Inside the business. I mean….who runs that place and allows their employees to do that? First impression isn’t good. Turned me off with their food. Just makes me think of how clean they really are as they handled my food. I wouldnt recommend this place. Not professional at all.

Tried it for the first time, and I will not be returning. Hand tossed pepperoni was burnt, and nothing special. I see no reason to pay 17$ for a large pepperoni pizza from this caliber, if you want good pizza, go to rubis, or save your money and get lil caesars/dominos etc…

There was a mix up with my order using the online ordering. I called and was quickly provided a person to help me. I explain the situation. The employee was very nice. They made another sub AND delivered it. Thank you! Service was amazing from delivery driver to employees in restaurant. Kind and willing to help!
