It was nice. Friendly staff, we were hoping to ha e our wedding party there but they did not want to stay open for us. Good luck to the waiter that is joining the Navy! You will do great!

My husband and I planned to go eat at that place and have a good experience but unfortunately we had a bad experience. We ordered a fried chicken with plantains and they didn’t have it. Then we ordered a dish called mofongo and it’s not how they show it on the menu. They serve it at the table I asked the waitress and she says that they don’t put pork anymore because people complain about the price but in my opinion they first have to explain to the customer how the dish is served the price is $19.50 it takes a long time to count the time and it took more than 30 minutes to give us the food and we were the only three people they didn’t even have chips or something to start with like in the other restaurants the truth is I don’t recommend it

The lunch special, the chicken quesadilla, was recommended for being a good deal at $9.00. The good deal was the automated $3.00 tip when I paid the bill!!! I should have known that quesadilla wasn’t just $9.00, but $9.00 + taxes + optional tip (which in this case…….wasn’t optional!!!)

I’ve spent three years as of the time of writing this review seeking the best Mexican food in the area and this is it. Stop looking. Just go here. The food actually tastes seasoned and fresh. The service is great. The best margaritas I’ve EVER had since being in Greenville. I don’t care whatever fancy high brow bar you’ve been too, I’ve been there too most likely and THIS place has the best ones.

Food was good. Piña colada didn’t taste like the original piña coladas I’ve had in PR and other places. Too sweet but hardly no pineapple or coconut flavor in it. Shrimp ceviche; the red sauce was a little too sweet for my taste but still ok, maybe cause I’m used to the pink vinegary sauce. Pork chop was very well seasoned and so was the fried breaded chicken. Rice and beans were really good too but the mofongo still needs improvement. Salad dressing that goes with the salad they serve was the star. Service was excellent so I still recommend it.

I dont leave reviews often, but this place earned my time to leave this review. We stumbled upon this looking for a different Latin American place to try out. We like authentic style cooking vs the same old tex-mex you can get just about on any corner. Im not Columbian, and Ive never been there, so I cant speak to the authenticty vs food straight out of Columbia, but this place was fantastic. We could tell the food was made fresh to order, down to the chips for the fresh guac. They have a fresh made Aji sauce that was good on anything it went on. We had the don vincente columbian dish and the steak, shrimp and chorizo fajitas. Both dishes were excellently prepared and had new/ different flavors throughout the dishes. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the portion sizes left us both with half our dishes in to-go boxes to enjoy tommorow. Jonathan our server was a pleasure to talk with and the atmosephere had a fun vibe for a friday night with a DJ. We had a good time and i have already planned to go back next week to introduce my buddy to the Don Vincente Columbian dish. It might be the manliest Latin dish i have ever come across, with all types of protien done in different columbian flavors. Give them a try and lets keep this place around Greenville!

Authentic colombian food in a mostly Mexican place. Most of the menu is Mexican, also great Mexican food, but the colombian dishes are authentic and big portions.

I honestly want to love this place because it’s in a great building and looks very cool inside. Arrived the other night at 6:45 p.m. and was given a strange look by the way as he told me I’m sorry sir but we close in 10 minutes.. now, as a restaurant employee for the past 16 years I have certainly served my fair share of tables that have come in 10 minutes before closing but decided to just be nice about it and tell him I would catch them on a different time. Came in the next day a little after lunch and was told that since the bartender is not yet there no drinks can be made whatsoever.. fair enough.. I order a soda water and he offers me a ginger ale since he can’t seem to find that which again is fine two ladies come in and order margaritas and he offers to make them I just found that strange. Again no huge problem.. these patient women wait probably 20 minutes while he goes and gets some tub of margarita mix, pours it into a glass and then pours tequila on top of it. Again just strange because a margarita is not just sour mix with tequila poured on top of it but also triple Sec and a lime but whatever. No chips and salsa offered again whatever maybe they don’t do that.. went to order something from the menu and the waiter informed me that the price was one third higher than it says on the menu because it has changed.. I reconsidered and ordered something else which was decent I suppose.. just a very disjointed place. Several places on the menu are actually hand scratched out and a new price is written in which again I understand, prices go up and new menus are expensive but honestly would love to see this place flourish and hopefully it does because again it is beautiful and someone has obviously put a lot of time into decorating the place they should just probably make sure that they put just as much time into running an actual restaurant that can make margaritas, have actual menu prices that are correct, and have an actual functioning bathroom which did not or actually I’m sorry it had a sign on it that said do not close the door just again a very weird experience.

The food was delicious. I just wish they had lunch prices. I didn’t think I was going to dropping $20 per person at noon.
