Terrible experience at the Glenmont location. Ordered food for carry out.. when home realized the chicken was dry like hay, went back to the store. Was disrespected when mentioned the chicken could not be eaten. Asked for money back, lady kept and delaying and delaying.. then I raised my voice as I was upset and decided to take a picture of the cashier aka also manager, and she thru a fit and said she was calling the police and never gave me my money back. This lady should not be managing anything as she has no skills whatsoever.

This place has gotten better over the years. Service, food quality and quantity is now better than it used to be. Prices are fair compared to other places. Two things I’d change. Food is way too salty especially the chaufa rice and the meat itself. Another thing, is one particular staff member, an elderly Hispanic female who is very rude and disrespectful. Always rushing everything, has a salty attitude and ignorant. Sorry, but every time I go there to enjoy a meal and she is there, I immediately turn around and go to another location.

I when there today Friday around 5 today when I got home wish I leave right across street found the yuca is stone cold hard dry! I should know that will happen when I saw a lot yuca sitting there when I pick up the food at the counter. Service is good but yuca is to be serve hot and crispy

The store (including bathrooms [for paying customers]) was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the Peruvian chicken stew, and the other person I was with ordered a 1/2 chicken. We received, for a modest price, way more food than we bargained for, and the food tasted amazing. The rice was very good for just being rice, but the chicken itself was so well marinated, and the stew base had a very unique flavor.
