This place is pretty good. The food wasn’t excellent and the atmosphere was pretty chill. I gave the service one star not because of my server because of the kitchen staff. It literally took 23 minutes to get our food. And when they brought the food out they didn’t bring one of my children’s food out with the rest. So she was just stuck there watching everybody else eat. When our food finally came and this is after two people that came in before us got fed. It was hot and it was good. I suggest you order ahead of time so by the time you leave your house and show up to this restaurant your food should be on the table LOL

The foodwas good. The staffwas great. The atmosphere is elegan, however the large automatic gratuity charge wasn’t not okay. Especially since it brought up like we weren’t going to tip in the first place. We usually always tip good service any restaurant we go. We also have refused to tip horrible service too. Anyhow the very least your company could’ve warn us customers about this type of scheme..that is unfortunately legal. Nonetheless the food and staff were worth it.

The food was horrible. I have eaten there several times in the past each time it got worse. This time put the icing on the cake never again. The food got colder each time we went. Chicken tasted like canned chicken. People next to us left their food said it was also cold. I know they are aware of the cold food so many people send their plates back.

I went in 30 minutes before closing and I still received amazing service. Arcelli made me feel welcomed. I ordered steak chicken and shrimp fajitas and they were absolutely amazing. I finished my whole plate had no left overs. My michelada was the best. Salsa was great. She allowed me to sit 30 minutes after they closed to enjoy my meal. The owner was very nice to me as well. Best fajitas I’ve ever had. I will definitely keep coming back

Food was amazing! Really nice place inside and out. Recommend this place to everyone. I love the environment of the place, always clean and classy but authentic. I really enjoy the service of the waitresses. They sell a variety of food and everything is top tier. Definitely recommend.

My food was cold the plate was hot, food was not. Sent it back they brought it and again it was barely warm. Had beef enchilada. Tamale, beef mini tostada, rice and beans. Was afraid of poisoning didn’t eat it. Atmosphere is nice, serving staff very nice.
