It was my first time here. I really enjoyed the meal. My fave is the empanada, it was really tasty, with a nice mix of meat and seasonings that complemented each other. The texture was just right, not too hard or too soft. It smelled really good. Each bite was enjoyable, and the flavors seemed to get better as I ate. All in all, it was a really satisfying meal in such a great restaurant, with friendly staff and swift service. I would definitely order it again if I had the chance.

I got the rice with gandules and carne frita, it was pretty good. I like the whole wood cabin vibe they got going on. The restaurant actually had a line to the door but only one girl working. So what should have been a 5-8 minute wait turned into 25-30 minutes because this girl was taking her time. But other than that I won’t mind visiting this restaurant next time I’m in the cuse✌

This place was really good. The price for all the food you get I’d perfect. Had the beans, yellow rice, carnitas and yuca! All very savory and delicious. Would definitely come back and have no problem giving it my #gorditoapproved #fatboyapproved

We get food here almost everyday for lunch on Geddes st location but today we Got some empanadas from Don Juan as 1 guy went to eat one he noticed he chewed hair then he spit it out fast as he noticed it was more than one hairs, so 4 of us checked the rest, they had nasty black strings of hair stuck in them. It wasn’t like it was 1 piece of hair it was a big empanada with a lot of hair,

I’m always impressed by the quality of the food. It’s a testament to the chef’s skill and dedication.

The food is very tasty…would be more enjoyable if they went a little easy on the salt. I am pretty sure the cook is/was a smoker! Very nice people!

This is where I order from when I want delicious authentic Spanish food. Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been great. The pepper steak and yellow rice is muy bueno.
