DO NOT GO HERE I recently went before closing time and they got my to go order wrong. By the time I got home and realized they gave me the wrong item it was 9pm and they were closed. There was no option to leave a voicemail. I was aware that they open early for a breakfast rush, so I decided to call at 10am so as not to interrupt their busy breakfast or lunch. When I called, a lady answered. I told her that I had been given the wrong combo the night before, and that I would like either a refund or a replacement meal. She became very rude and stated that I should have called before they closed. I explained that I had gone to pick up my order prior to the closing but only realized the error when I got home, at which point they had already closed. She continued to speak to me very irritated and condescending. She said that I would have to bring the food (which by the way tasted HORRIBLE —-i had tried to eat it but couldn’t) to prove to her that it was indeed their food. I told her that she could just have told me she would look in to the matter, speak with the evening crew and see if there had been a mixup. She told me that if I didn’t bring the food back, she would not address my problem. I asked to speak with the manager. She said that she was the owner. She was completely rude and not interested in resolving my problem. So I brought the food back (see attached) and was met at the counter by a young man. I asked to see the manager or the owner. He told me that he had been instructed to deal with me, and that I would not be able to speak with a manager or owner. He asked for the bag of day old food and handed me a handful of cash. I told him that the cash did not represent what I had paid for the meal, as it did not include the tax that I had paid. The young man stated that he was instructed to only give me the menu price and that I was not going to be able to speak with anyone in charge.

This is a great taco shop. I ordered a steak breakfast burrito. It was large, full of meat, cheese and potatoes. While they do offer hot sauce or salsa, it would have been great if it had green chili inside. Solid breakfast burrito.

Great flavor and amount of food. Had the Ensenada (shrimp and steak with pico de gallo) burrito. The steak is the charred and chopped kind of steak and the shrimp was big. We ate inside and it was nice, a few tables. A laid back place.

I ordered the carne asada chimichanga. The serving size was huge! Excellent salsa Verde. The steak was just ok, kinda bland. Husband enjoyed his but said it was ok. The restaurant isn’t that nice inside and the tables were dirty. Just traveling through.

Place is over priced! Chips and guac are horrible. Torta de carnitas was terrible you can tell the meat had been In fridge for days. The torta was dry as hell. No mayo no guacamole no refried beans like you normally find them elsewere. 4.50 for a taco?? Like seriously? They were not worth no 4 bucks. I just happened to be driving by on way to g.j but I will never stop here again.

It was hot in the building. We must have caught the cashier on a bad day also. It says tortas on the menu and they told us they don’t do tortas. The tables were dirty, so request for a cleaning if needed. It wasn’t as good as I was hoping. I won’t be going back that’s for sure.

My husband got the carne asada bowl and I got the carnitas bowl. The carnitas was top notch, the carne asada bowl not so much. It’s taste wasn’t that great either and the meat was really dry. We’ll go back for the carnitas bowl but not the carne asada bowl.

When we are in town for a visit we HAVE to stop and get the breakfast burritos from Don Gs, they are so delicious. My favorite is the veggie breakfast burrito with the green salsa. It’s a tradition for us!

today i called to place an order and a girl picked up and i started talking and she hung up again and i called again n started talking and then she hung up again. & i always loved going never had issues with my food but today i pulled out multiple hairs outta my torta not one like 4 other pieces. we called and told them they didn’t believe us they told us to save the hairs and GO SHOW THEM it was so dumb. why i gotta lie bout that if there wasn’t anything wrong i’d sit and enjoy my torta but i was disgusted instead. bad customer service and they don’t know how to take orders and are rude.
