Great taco truck! I am trying every street taco in salem and this up there as one of the best! First, service was great. They were super nice and helpful when I ordered. The food was great too. Plenty of proteins and a nice flavor blend. Rice was fluffy and beans were good.

Look no further for your Mexican food fix! This place is the best that I have found in Salem (I have tried over half a dozen places in Salem). I had the street tacos (carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor) and the Birria quesatacos and they were phenomenal! Staff were friendly, food was fresh and delicious. The chile/salsa that comes on the side was perfect amount of spice and flavor! If you have not tried Birria before then this is the place to go! Having a place like this on your radar is dangerous for the pant line for sure but totally worth it! Muy Muy Delicioso! Also for a taco truck this place was not super expensive either so bonus there for sure! Don Chuy’s is that extra boom boom that everyone needs in their life!

GREAT little Taco cart! The food is truly beautiful along with the service. Too bad the parking is limited, although it worked out fine and it was lunch time, so perhaps I shouldn’t complain . Highly recommend!
