The “smothered” pork chop torta that I ordered was tender and delicious! There was so much flavor and just the right amount of smokiness in the meat, and it was cooked as pork should be. From a somewhat unassuming (some would call it weird) exterior came a very satisfying lunch! Of course, don’t miss the opportunity to wash it all down with an ice cold Jarrito or margarita!
