Mess with bbq intestines? This is the spot to go to for small and big intestines and kbbq! The two times I’ve been here the intestines were cleaned very well and the servers start the grill up for you and mix it around getting it ready for you to eat right in front of you. I’m a large intestines guy with the crispy outside and a fatty with a little chew innards. Perfect to pair with all of the samm, banchan and dipping sauces they provide for you.

There was a charcoal Korean BBQ restaurant here and it’s now became 2 separate restaurants. This is the BBQ one while the other is a bistro type that offers set plates like noodles and rice cakes. This one is not using charcoal anymore but Ga’s stove on table with a convex iron wok. Instead of bbq it piece by piece by ourselves, the waiter will put whatever meat ordered on the hot plate at once (of course, one kind at a time). The quality of the meats are good. We’ve ordered thin wagyu beef slices, LA ribs with small bones and flavored pork (serve cooked on a separate iron plate). Taste not bad at all, but, personally, I do miss the previous charcoal flavor a lot. The small dishes, mostly Korean pickles, are very tasty. However, not like the previous owner, they will only refill them as asked with a empty plate. One special item has to be credited is the fried rice at the end. Waiter will and some bean spouts along with very dark house sauce on the iron plate and let them stir fried with the juice and sauce left on the plate. Then add rice on top of the sautéed veggies and flatten them after well mix together. Taste really good though.

We came to this place late, around 11 pm and expected a Korean barbecue like any other places in Oakland. But not at all, the menu is different! The service is different and above all the foods are excellent. Recommended! Will be back soon.

It’s always a good time coming here with delicious food and lots of drinks, including beer and soju! The huge beef ribs are tender and delicious, the pork jowl is just the right amount of flavor and chewiness. I would always come back here to eat delicious meat and be served as well by the courteous staff

Excellent meat and side dishes. Staff were tentative and helpful cooking the meat for us. Went two nights in a roll. Mugi-fuji pork was my favorite. Marinated chicken was awesome as well. Don’t forget to order the slushes. Tasted even better with a splash of soju added.

Tasty, but not particularly memorable. A Korean bbq with some rare-find options, though only a quarter full during peak time.

Cute little place with a small parking lot in front. We were there early and there was no wait. Great quantity and quality of meat with those combos. Delicious side dishes! They will cook the meat for you! My favorites were the pumpkin and the jew meat.

I think the quality of the beef was great and the food choices. I wish they had brown rice and other options for meat. But overall great place for dinner with a group!

The presentation was good and restaurant was set up nice. Parking can be a pain in this area and possibly break INS. But it’s nothing to reflect on the restaurant. Staff is fast and nice. Clean and nice to have a group. Food is not bad. But a little better quality could be use. But overall for my first time being here. It was a good experience.
